    摘要: [Problem] To provide a fire-extinguishing liquid agent in which a fire-extinguishing agent is contained in a desirable balance and is satisfactorily dissolved in a solvent, that is easy to use, and that can be used against normal fires and oil fires, as well as fire-extinguishing equipment loaded with said fire-extinguishing liquid agent. [Solution] A fire-extinguishing liquid agent is sealed in an impact breakable container B that is molded by using a polystyrene resin material in which a general-purpose polystyrene and a styrene-butadiene copolymer are mixed and that has a hand-throwable size, wherein the fire-extinguishing liquid agent is formed: by containing 68-76 parts of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) relative to 100 parts by weight of ammonium chloride (NH4Cl); by being treated by passing through a magnetic field having a magnetic flux density of 3000-10000 G; by being dissolved in hot water (magnetic water) in which the temperature thereof is adjusted to 30-50° C.; and by being adjusted to have a pH in a range of 7.5-10.

    摘要: A microcomputer includes a central processing unit (CPU) and an electrically erasable and programmable nonvolatile memory (EEPROM) fabricated on a single semiconductor chip. When CPU issues a data write request to EEPROM, a data write control circuit is initiated to perform a data write-processing in which data in an address of EEPROM selected by CPU is first erased and thereafter data from CPU is written into that selected address. There is further provided an over-written detection circuit for detecting that CPU issues another data write request to EEPROM while the data write control circuit is performing the data write-processing and for producing an over-write detection signal to CPU.

In the meantime, the spiral first groove to build-in the foresaid elastic member around the external circumference of the holding hole is prepared, and the spiral second groove to build-in the foresaid elastic member around the external circumference of the holding hole is prepared, the foresaid stopper is arranged nearby the foresaid elastic member. Since the spiral elastic member moves to the direction of axis rotating spirally between the spiral first groove and the spiral second groove, the cushion effect is there because of this elastic member if the stopper rotates together with the stopper, and it is possible to enlarge the free angle and the sliding angle by rotating the elastic member between the first groove and the second groove.

    摘要: A capacitive pressure sensor includes lower and upper wafers, a stationary electrode, first and second pads, a movable electrode, and a plurality of extraction electrodes. The lower wafer has a first capacitor forming portion and a first pad forming portion communicating with it. The upper wafer has a second capacitor forming portion, constituting a capacitor chamber together with the first capacitor forming portion, and a second pad forming portion communicating with it. The stationary electrode is formed on a bottom surface of the first capacitor forming portion. The first pad is formed on a bottom surface of the first pad forming portion and connected to the stationary electrode through a first interconnection. The movable electrode is formed on a bottom surface of the second capacitor forming portion to oppose the stationary electrode. The second pad is formed in the second pad forming portion and connected to the movable electrode through a second interconnection. The extraction electrodes are connected to the first and second pads and extracted outside through holes in the lower wafer. The lower and upper wafers are bonded to each other such that their pad forming portions are covered with their bonding surfaces.
