    摘要: The present invention relates to heat curable coating compositions containing a binder consisting essentially ofA) prepolymers which have butanone oxime-blocked isocyanate groups and are prepared fromA1) (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanates andA2) an organic polyhydroxyl component in whichA2.1 ) 50 to 90% of the hydroxyl equivalents of component A2) are from polyester polyols,A2.2) 10 to 50% of the hydroxyl equivalents of component A2) are from polyacrylate polyols and/or alkoxylation products of bisphenol A andA2.3) 0 to 30 of the hydroxyl equivalents of component A2) are from other organic polyhydroxyl compounds, andB) cycloaliphatic polyamines having at least two primary amino groups,wherein components A) and B) are present in an equivalent ratio of blocked isocyanate groups to amino groups of 1:0.8 to 1:1.2.The invention also relates to the use of these coating compositions for producing decorative, flying-stone-resistant, thick topcoats on metallic substrates.

    摘要: Polyisocyanates which have 1,2,4,-triazole-blocked isocyanate groups and a blocked isocyanate group content of 7 to 14 wt. % and which are reaction products of A) a polyisocyanate component selected from (i) lacquer polyisocyanates based on (cyclo)aliphatic diisocyanates or (ii) mixtures of these lacquer polyisocyanates with cycloaliphatic diisocyanates of a maximum molecular weight of 300, B) 50 to 80 equivalent-%, based on the isocyanate groups of component A), of a monofunctional isocyanate group blocking agent containing at least 90 wt. % of 1,2,4-triazole, C) 10 to 30 equivalent-%, based on the isocyanate groups of component A), of a polyester component having an OH number of 56 to 250 and D) 0 to 20 equivalent-%, based on the isocyanate groups of component A), of selected hydrazine derivatives. The present invention is also directed to the use of these blocked polyisocyanates as crosslinking agents in one-component polyurethane stoving lacquers.

    摘要: The invention relates to low-solvent, thermosetting reactive polyurethane coating compositions which are particularly resistant to light, oxidation and hydrolysis, do not crystallize or harden and comprise the following components:(A) a ketoxime-blocked NCO-prepolymer of1. 1 mole of 2- to 4-functional, relatively high molecular weight polyhydroxyl compounds comprising a polyester polycarbonate based on ester glycols of .epsilon.-caprolactone and 1,6-hexane diol;2. about 0.1 to 1.2 moles of low molecular weight polyols containing bis-carbazinic ester polyols corresponding to the following general formula ##STR1## in which R is a straight-chain and/or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 -alkylene or hydroxyl-substituted alkylene radical, and low molecular weight diols and triols preferably containing tertiary amino groups, and3. aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates in an NCO/OH ratio of from about 1.5:1 to 6:1 and4. ketoximes;(B) aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic polyamines containing at least two primary amino groups and(C) up to about 40% by weight of organic solvents.The invention also relates to a process for producing the low-solvent reactive coating compositions and to their use for coating substrates by the direct, reverse and/or matrix coating process.

    摘要: The present invention relates to lacquer polyisocyanates which contain about 0 to 8% free isocyanate groups, about 10 to 28% blocked isocyanate groups and about 2 to 10% of the structural units, --NH--NH--CO--O, all percentages based on the weight of the polyisocyanates, but excluding the weight of the blocking agent. Also provided is a process for preparing these polyisocyanates which comprises reacting about 10 to 30 mol % of the isocyanate groups of an organic polyisocyanate with reaction products which have (i) alcoholic hydroxyl groups and (ii) structural units of the formula, --O--CO--NH--NH--CO--O--, and/or of the formula H.sub.2 N--NH--CO--O--, with the formation of urethane groups and optionally groups corresponding to the formula, --NH--NH--CO--O--, and reacting about 50 to 90 mol % of the isocyanate groups of the organic polyisocyanate with a blocking agent. The reaction products containing alcoholic hydroxyl groups are obtained by reacting 1 mol of hydrazine or of hydrazine hydrate with about 1 to 2 mols of a cyclic carbonate. A final object of the present invention is the use of the new lacquer polyisocyanates as the isocyanate component in thermosetting, two-component polyurethane lacquers.

    摘要: This invention relates to compositions which are crosslinkable by heating to form polyurethane plastics for coating substrates, preferably textile sheet-form materials, in particular by the reverse coating process. For ecological and economic reasons, the coating compositions are free from organic solvent or contain at most 10% by weight of organic solvent and consist essentially of linear and/or branched urethane prepolymers having blocked terminal NCO-groups, aqueous dispersions of urethane polymers, vinyl polymers and/or diene polymers and/or aqueous polymer solutions and aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic and/or aromatic amines containing at least two primary and/or secondary amino groups as latent crosslinkers. The chain extending or crosslinking reaction takes place at an elevated temperature in a coating tunnel after the coating has been applied to a substrate.

    摘要: The instant invention is directed to a process for the production of molded polyisocyanate-based foam products having a compact, light- and yellowing-resistant polyurethane-based top layer comprising the steps of:A. coating a mold with a liquid polyurethane-polyurea-based coating agent, containing a binder, which reacts to form a light- and yellowing-resistant top layer andB. introducing a foamable reaction mixture into said mold,wherein said binder comprises:(i) at least one isocyanate prepolymer having at least two exclusively aliphatically and/or cycloaliphatically bound isocyanate groups and(ii) a hardener mixture composed of water and primary polyamines, at least partly in aldimine- or ketimine-blocked form, which have aliphatically and/or cycloaliphatically bound amino groups.
