    摘要: A reciprocating piston pump having a housing, pistons disposed opposite one another in the housing, an eccentric between the pistons, annular grooves that fit around the piston necks machined into piston ends oriented toward the eccentric, and a U-shaped hoop spring curved radially outside the eccentric in the circumferential direction thereof. The hoop spring includes forklike hoop spring ends which engage the annular grooves and press the piston ends toward the eccentric. In the circumferential direction of the substantially U-shaped hoop spring, a continuation is formed on the hoop spring and together with a stop disk aligned transversely to the eccentric shaft, forms a device that limits the pivotability of the hoop spring about the piston necks. The reciprocating piston pump is usable for instance in hydraulic motor vehicle brake systems and in other hydraulic equipment.

According to the invention, a retaining element embodied as a retaining bracket is provided, which supports the end of the valve spring remote from the valve element and the retaining element can be locked resiliently to a recess, particularly an annular groove, of the valve housing. This enables fast, simple assembly of the check valve from its individual parts.

    摘要: A brake booster in a housing, having a servo piston slidably supported in the housing and having a piston rod protruding into the housing for transmitting a brake force. A chamber is provided in the servo piston for receiving brake fluid drawn after the opening of a valve from a reservoir or supply container and pumped via a pump or the like. The chamber also communicates via a further valve or the like with a return line to the supply container. To improve the closing behavior of the valve, the first valve for the admission of the brake fluid is formed in the chamber, embodied as a servo chamber, by a valve bushing, or its annular collar, and a valve seat in a blind bore recess in the servo piston. On the other side, the valve bushing, with a bottom, engages the inside of a bell-shaped valve seat, which together with the piston rod, or a slide connected to the piston rod, forms the valve for returning the brake fluid.

    摘要: In a brake fluid container for hydraulic motor vehicle brake systems having a housing with a fill connector a container cap closing off the fill connector, a filling filter suspended in the fill connector and protruding into the housing interior, and a level switch secured to the container cap for indicating a minimum allowable fill level in the housing in order to attain extensive damping of a float of the level switch with respect to fluid fluctuations caused by vehicle behavior, the filling filter is embodied as a closed float chamber, extending to below the minimum allowable fill level in the housing with guides for the float. On its lower end, the filling filter is provided with a throttle bore located near the minimum allowable fill level and in a region near the maximum fill level, it is provided with filter windows for the sake of rapid filling of the housing with fluid.

    摘要: A fuel injection pump for Diesel engines in which a rotating and reciprocating piston pressurizes and distributes fuel to individual pressure lines leading to the injection valves of the engine. In order to change the timing of injection with respect to the engine cycle, there is provided a mechanism to change the relative angle between the pressurizing piston and its drive means, which runs in synchronism with the engine. The mechanism operates hydraulically and is affected by the fuel pressure in the sump of the injection pump. There is also provided a hydraulic control valve mechanism which permits varying amounts of fuel to flow back from the sump to the low pressure side of the fuel delivery pump, thereby changing the injection timing. A primary control valve adjusts the sump pressure on the basis of engine speed while a secondary control valve adjusts the sump pressure on the basis of engine temperature in order to adapt the timing of fuel injection to engine starting and engine warm-up. Various embodiments are presented.
