    Abstract: A conductive member containing: a base material; a conductive layer provided on the base material, wherein the conductive layer includes a metallic nanowire having an average short axis length of 150 nm or less and a matrix; and a protective layer including a three-dimensional crosslinked structure represented by the following Formula (I), sequentially in this order, and which has a surface resistivity measured at a surface of the protective layer of 1,000 Ω/□ or less, a production method of the conductive member, and a touch panel and a solar cell, each of which uses the conductive member.
