    摘要: A water-cooled cylinder head is provided for a multicylinder internal-combustion engine having two inlet and outlet valves per cylinder. The cylinder head has a cylinder head cooling space with inflow and outflow openings for the coolant which is integrated in the cylinder head housing and extends above a part-spherical cap forming a combustion chamber volume. Water cooling spaces are formed at least in areas around a receiving opening for a spark plug arranged centrally in the cylinder head housing and around the two outlet valves. The water cooling spaces are mutually connected by way of a common annulus section. At least the common water cooling jacket annulus section has a volume which remains an essentially constant distance from the combustion chamber volume, so that, at least in this area, the wall thickness of the part-spherical combustion chamber cap extends in a uniform manner and to close to the combustion chamber volume.

    摘要: A water-cooled cylinder head is provided for a multicylinder internal-combustion engine having two inlet and outlet valves per cylinder. The cylinder head has a cylinder head cooling space with inflow and outflow openings for the coolant which is integrated in the cylinder head housing and extends above a spherical cap forming a combustion chamber trough. Water cooling spaces are formed at least in areas around a receiving opening for a spark plug arranged centrally in the cylinder head housing and around the two outlet valves.     摘要: The cylinder head arrangement of an internal-combustion engine has a basic housing, a support component and a cylinder head cover. The three housing components are assembled such that two independent junction planes are formed. In both of these junction planes, grooves are placed in at least one of the two adjoining housing components and serve as oil ducts and form the mutually independent oil galleries or oil supply branches. These independent oil supply ducts supply different consuming devices with oil. Bores are largely eliminated and a course of the oil ducts which is free of intersections is provided also for very complex cylinder head arrangement having a large number of consuming devices.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an internal combustion engine having a plurality of cylinders, a crankcase, a cylinder head and a cylinder-head cover, the cylinder head being formed from a cylinder-head lower part and a camshaft housing which is positioned between the cylinder-head cover and the cylinder-head lower part, and at least one camshaft and one sliding cam which can be displaced axially on the camshaft and has a slotted-guide section being provided for actuating gas exchange valves of the internal combustion engine, an actuator with an actuable pin being provided for bringing about an axial displacement of the sliding cam. The camshaft and the sliding cam are positioned in the camshaft housing. The camshaft, which is mounted rotatably for valve actuation, is arranged with the axially displaceable sliding cam in the camshaft housing in such a way that they can be attached to the cylinder-head lower part as one preassembled unit.

The injection nozzle includes a nozzle holder body whose cylindrical first and second end pieces interact with a first and a second bore hole of components of the internal combustion engine. For easy mounting and leakproof fastening of the injection nozzle, a clamping device acts upon the nozzle holder body. The clamping device holds in place, with a defined prestress, the first end piece in the first bore hole of a cylinder head. The second end piece preferably works together with the second bore hole of an intake arrangement, with the help of a reduction sleeve.
