    摘要: In a vehicle electromagnetic clutch control device, clutch current calculating means outputs a clutch current analog signal according to given travel control data and engine control data, a current difference detector obtains the difference between the clutch current analog signal and a clutch current feedback signal, a first output transistor is operated according to the difference thus obtained to energize the electromagnetic clutch, the clutch current flowing in a second output transistor is detected with a current detecting resistor, and a voltage corresponding to the clutch current thus detected is applied to an operational amplifier, so as to output the clutch current feedback signal with the aid of a reference resistor, a feedback resistor and the amplification factor thereof. An adjusting resistor is connected in parallel to the reference resistor, to adjust the clutch current. Thus, the adjustment of the clutch current can be achieved without removal of the reference resistor and the feedback resistor from the printed circuit board.

    摘要: A current control apparatus for an electric load can prevent burnout at a short-circuit accident with high control precision. A switching element is interrupted by an overcurrent detection circuit upon occurrence of a load short circuit, but is transitionally limited in current by a current detection resistor. A differential amplifier amplifies a difference voltage between voltages at opposite ends of the current detection resistor to generate a monitored voltage Ef corresponding to a load current. A microprocessor controls the energization rate of the switching element so as to make an estimated load current Ime calculated from the monitored voltage Ef coincide with a target load current Is, and it calculates, upon calibration operation, calibration constants and estimates, during actual operation, a load current Ime from the monitored voltage Ef using the calibration constants.

    摘要: A resin-sealed electronic controller obtained by bonding and fixing a circuit board to a thermally-conductive base plate, and integrating circuit components with a molding resin so as to reduce the size. A base plate includes a first exposed portion, a second exposed portion, and an adjacent flat portion adjacent to a central window hole. First circuit components which are low-heat-generating components with large height are located in the central window hole. Second circuit components which are high-heat-generating components with small height are provided on an area corresponding to the adjacent flat portion. A height dimension of the first circuit components at least partially overlaps a thickness dimension of the base plate, to reduce a total thickness dimension. The high-heat-generating components and the low-heat-generating components being provided separately from each other permits increased mounting density of low-heat-generating components, reducing an area of the circuit board.

When the operation is started, the resistance value of the label resistor is read and an output current corresponding to a utilized linear solenoid is supplied, so that a target adjusted hydraulic pressure is obtained.

    摘要: A standard characteristic which is an average characteristic of multiple samples is approximated in a polygonal-line fashion by first to third lines. The coordinate-point positions of the first and second lines at comparison adjustment points are stored as standard data in a data memory of an electronic control apparatus. An actual-product characteristic as a calibration target is approximated in a polygonal-line fashion by first to third lines. The resistance value of a label resistor is adjusted to a value corresponding to ratios of monitoring outputs. The electronic control apparatus reads the resistance values of one or two label resistors, combines them with the stored standard characteristic, and interpolates a third line portion, thereby restoring and generating the actual-product characteristic.
