The hand piece includes vibrator cover, a sheath connected thereto, a hollow cylindrical member, an ultrasonic vibrator in the cover for generating ultrasonic vibrations, a probe arranged in the sheath, for externally transmitting ultrasonic vibrations generated by the vibrator, and a cord for transmitting a high-frequency current from the RF power supply unit to the probe. The cover and sheath are composed of an insulating member, for preventing the high-frequency current transmitted by the probe from being externally leaked.

摘要： To improve the handlability and safety of a perchlorate solution used as a stabilizer for chlorine-containing resins.This invention provides a perchlorate solution of improved handlability and safety and a method for heat-stabilizing chlorine-containing resin compositions by adding (a) 0.004 to 10 parts by weight of a perchlorate solution containing 1 to 60% by weight of perchlorate, 5 to 50% by weight of water-soluble organic solvent and 20 to 94% by weight of water, and (b) 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of at least one silicate compound represented by the general formula (I) to 100 parts by weight of a chlorine-containing resin: M(O)a nSiO2mH2O   (I) in which M is at least one metal selected from alkaline earth metals and aluminum, a is 1 when M is an alkaline earth metal and 3/2 where M is aluminum, n is from 1 to 5, and m is any positive integer.

摘要： A data processing device includes a memory interface (I/F) unit and a control unit. When accessing a data storage device such as a memory card having a built-in flash memory, the data processing device sets a block permission table (BPT) as an access permission table in the memory I/F unit, whereby only when the BPT permits a process to be executed does the memory I/F unit access the storage device, and the memory I/F unit does not execute a process when it is out of an allowable range. Regardless of a process type performed by the control unit and a command type, the memory I/F unit always accesses the storage device in accordance with the BPT set in the memory I/F unit. This effectively prevents the rewriting of data in rewrite-prevented recording media.

摘要： A low coherence beam emitted by a low coherence light source is split into two portions. One portion is transmitted from the outward end of a first single mode fiber via a detachable connector to a beam scanning probe, and then to a biological tissue; and the other is transmitted from an optical coupler placed midway along the light path via a second single mode fiber to a light path modifier. The light path modifier includes a galvanometer mirror to modify the light path length in accordance with a scan range, and a uniaxial stage to adjust the light path length to absorb the variation in lengths of different beam scanning probes. The light path is adjusted by the uniaxial stage such that the beam interference is detected for the scan range, to ensure stable acquisition of tomographic images.

A support mechanism supports the arm sections of the four-link parallelogram mechanism to allow the arm sections to be moved in left/right and up/down directions, while being rotated, so that a straight line connecting an intersecting point P of a center line of the treating instrument inserted into an insertion hole in an abdominal wall of a subject and the center of the insertion hole to spherical bearings of the arm is set parallel to the upper and lower arm sections.
