Abstract:
A tube assembly for a beat exchanger is provided having a first U-shaped stainless steel assembly component and a second U-shaped stainless steel assembly component. In addition, the tube assembly has at least one laser-welded joint coupling the first and second U-shaped assembly components together. The laser-welded joint has a weld that extends along substantially an entire length of the tube assembly.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods for modifying chromosomal sequences. In particular, methods are provided for using RNA-guided endonucleases or modified RNA-guided endonucleases to modify targeted chromosomal sequences.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods for the reduction of endotoxins in a plasmid preparation using a carbohydrate non-ionic detergent with silica chromatography.
Abstract:
The present invention provides charged separation media, kits comprising the separation media, and methods of using the same to bind and optionally isolate biological molecules. The charged separation media and methods utilize a polyion non-covalently bound to the separation media to bind the desired biological molecule to the separation media.

Abstract:
The present invention provides methods, compositions and kits for isolating and purifying at least one nucleic acid directly from a biological sample, or for preparing a biological sample for subsequent isolation and purification of at least one nucleic acid, without removal of the biological sample's cell culture medium or cellular fluid.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods for modifying chromosomal sequences. In particular, methods are provided for using RNA-guided endonucleases or modified RNA-guided endonucleases to modify targeted chromosomal sequences.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods and kits for editing specific chromosomal sequences in cells. In particular, targeting endonucleases and single-stranded nucleic acids are used to edit the chromosomal sequence.
Abstract:
Methods, compositions, and kits for detecting mature small RNAs are provided herein. The methods comprise ligating at least one linker to a mature small RNA in the presence of a complementary ligation template to generate a ligation product. The ligation product is a hybrid molecule comprising the linker and the mature small RNA.
