    摘要: Disclosed is an adjuvant for use in simultaneous polishing of a cationically charged material and an anionically charged material, which forms a adsorption layer on the cationically charged material in order to increase the polishing selectivity of the anionically charged material to cationically charged material, wherein the adjuvant comprises a polyelectrolyte salt containing: (a) a graft type polyelectrolyte that has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000˜20,000 and comprises a backbone and a side chain; and (b) a basic material. CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) slurry comprising the above adjuvant and abrasive particles is also disclosed.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprising acrylic copolymers including alkyl(meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having 2˜14 carbon atoms of alkyl group, characterized in that the gel fraction represented by the formula (1) is 45˜75%, the swelling ratio represented by the formula (2) is 5˜20, and the weight average molecular weight of sol eluted from the adhesive by ethyl acetate is at least 300,000. The acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention has excellent balance of low rate peeling strength and high rate peeling strength, satisfactory wettability, and good polarizer surface protection and repeeling property.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing organic silane compounds having a β-cyano ester group. In particular, the present invention relates to a process for preparing organic silane compounds having a β-cyano ester group, in which β-cyano β-cyano containing compounds having an unsaturated group are hydrosilylated using a hydro alkoxy silane in the presence of a platinum-vinyl siloxane catalyst. The preparation process according to the present invention can stably initiate and progress the reaction, minimize the generation of by-products, and prepare organic silane compounds having a β-cyano ester structure with high yield.
