摘要: A supplementary charging system for an auxiliary battery of an eco-friendly vehicle includes: a main battery; an auxiliary battery having a voltage lower than a voltage of the main battery; a low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC) stepping down the voltage of the main battery and providing the stepped-down voltage to the auxiliary battery; and a controller configured to select, when a periodic charge time of the auxiliary battery arrives, either a constant voltage charging method or a constant current charging method as a charging method based on an aging state of the auxiliary battery, and control the LDC to charge the auxiliary battery with a constant voltage or a constant current based on the selected charging method for a predetermined reference time. The controller terminates the charging when a cumulative charge current amount is greater than or equal to a predetermined reference cumulative charge current amount.

摘要: An apparatus and a method for controlling a motor are provided. The apparatus for controlling a motor includes a temperature sensor that is configured to detect a temperature of an inverter, and a variable amplifier that is configured to variably set an amplification gain that corresponds to the detected temperature of the inverter and amplify and output a resolver signal output from a resolver based on the variably set amplification gain, based on an excitation signal. A controller is then configured to estimate a position of a motor rotor based on the amplified resolver signal to calculate a flux angle and an excitation signal generator is configured to generate the excitation signal that corresponds to the calculated flux angle and output the generated excitation signal to the resolver.

摘要: A cooling control system and method for an on-board charger of a plug-in vehicle drive an electric water pump using a cooling control map when the temperature of the on-board charger equipped in a plug-in vehicle is equal to or above an overheat prevention temperature. The cooling control system and the method determine an entry of an optimal cooling control mode to cool the on-board charger to a temperature at which charging operational efficiency is maximized when the temperature of the on-board charger is below the overheat prevention temperature. Thereby, the on-board charger is cooled and the standard charging efficiency and the charge depletion fuel economy of the plug-in vehicle is maximized.

摘要: A method and system for controlling a hybrid vehicle are provided to supply oil pressure to a transmission using an electric oil pump. The method for controlling a hybrid vehicle including an engine, a driving motor, and an engine clutch connecting between the engine and the driving motor includes: detecting a failure of high voltage components for the hybrid vehicle including an air conditioner, a heater, and a low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC). In response to determining a failure of at least one of the high voltage components an operation of the high voltage components in a normal state are turned off. The electric oil pump is operated with a counter electromotive force generated from the driving motor by operating the driving motor with power of the engine while a speed (RPM) of the engine is maintained at a predetermined minimum demand speed or greater.
