摘要: A charging apparatus for an electric vehicle is provided. The apparatus includes an AC power input terminal receiving one AC input power from among single-phase AC power and multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector having full bridge circuits receives the AC input power through the AC power input terminal. A link capacitor is charged through the power factor corrector. A first switch connects any one of an AC power input line and a neutral line of the AC power input terminal to the power factor corrector and a second switch selectively connects the AC power input terminal to the power factor corrector, or the link capacitor. The power factor corrector and the switch network operate based on a condition of received AC input power. The second switch includes a third switch and a fourth switch that connect each full bridge circuit to a positive battery electrode.

摘要: An integrated electronic power control unit of an environmentally friendly vehicle includes an inverter and an LDC (low voltage DC-DC converter), which share a DC input terminal. In the integrated electronic power control unit, the inverter is an electronic power control unit that drives a motor by converting DC voltage into AC voltage, and the low voltage DC-DC converter serves as another electronic power control unit that charges a low-voltage battery by converting DC high voltage into low voltage DC voltage, where the inverter includes a capacitor module composed of a capacitor leveling input voltage and a capacitor removing noise of the input voltage, and the inverter and the low voltage DC-DC converter are integrated such that the output of the capacitor module of the inverter becomes the output of the low voltage DC-DC converter.

摘要: A power conversion module for a vehicle is provided. The module includes a housing and a power conversion unit installed on an inside surface of a bottom panel of the housing. The power conversion unit includes a capacitor module, a power module of an inverter and a LDC. A water-cooling-type cooling unit is installed on an outside surface of the bottom panel of the housing and is in a corresponding position to the power module of the inverter and the LDC, with the bottom panel of the housing interposed therebetween. An air-cooling-type cooling fin is installed on the exterior surface of the bottom panel and is in a corresponding position to a capacitor module, with the bottom panel of the housing interposed therebetween. A radiator blower adjacent to a radiator of a vehicle is configured to generate cooling-air wind to cool the radiator and the air-cooling-type cooling fin.

摘要: A power conversion module for a vehicle is provided. The module includes a housing and a power conversion unit installed on an inside surface of a bottom panel of the housing. The power conversion unit includes a capacitor module, a power module of an inverter and a LDC. A water-cooling-type cooling unit is installed on an outside surface of the bottom panel of the housing and is in a corresponding position to the power module of the inverter and the LDC, with the bottom panel of the housing interposed therebetween. An air-cooling-type cooling fin is installed on the exterior surface of the bottom panel and is in a corresponding position to a capacitor module, with the bottom panel of the housing interposed therebetween. A radiator blower adjacent to a radiator of a vehicle is configured to generate cooling-air wind to cool the radiator and the air-cooling-type cooling fin.

In particular, the heat sink is disposed in upper and lower portions of the power module, and direct bonding materials (DBMs) are deposited between the upper and lower heat sinks where a chip is interposed between the DBMs. Faces between the heat sinks, the chip, and the DBMs are bonded to one another by a solder, and an entire circumference of the chip and the DBMs is finished by a mold portion.
