    摘要: The present invention discloses a user equipment (UE) (100), comprising: a first measuring unit (110) adapted to measure time alignment error (TAE) and/or frequency alignment error (FAE) for antenna ports belonging to transmission point devices in Coordinated Multipoint Transmission (CoMP), the TAE including internal TAE and/or external TAE; and a first feedback unit (120) adapted to feedback the measured internal TAE, and/or external TAE, and/or FAE to at least one of the transmission point devices. The present invention provides a simple, direct and efficient approach for measuring and feeding back the cell-specific internal TAE and/or the UE-specific external TAE/FAE by UE and compensating the TAE/FAE by the transmission point device in the CoMP transmission, so that the CoMP transmission can properly operate.

    摘要: The embodiments relate to a method and a base station (110) for interference management in a cellular network (100) employing Space-Division uplink (UL) downlink (DL) Duplexing (SDD). The base station (110) assigns a plurality of Remote Radio Units (RRU) as Tx RRUs operable to dedicatedly transmit downlink signals to a plurality of UEs and Rx RRUs operable to dedicatedly receive uplink signals from the plurality of UEs at the same frequency band and same time as the transmission of the Tx RRUs. The base station then suppresses the interference caused by simultaneous transmission on the same frequency band by using a Tx spatial beamforming weighting matrix and a Rx spatial beamforming weighting matrix. In addition, the base station may perform cross-talk cancellation on the residual interference contained in the received signals by using the knowledge of the downlink traffic data.

    摘要: A proxy-based thin-client web browsing framework enables cooperative web browsing of multiple devices. The multiple devices may include devices that are not intended for web browsing and have limited or no web browsers and/or user input capabilities. The proxy-based thin client web browsing framework employs a virtual browser at a proxy server to perform all browser-engine logics, and retrieve, render and encode web pages on behalf of the multiple devices. The multiple devices therefore only need to have limited decoding and display capabilities to perform web browsing. The proxy-based thin client web browsing framework further includes a touch controller as a remote controller for a device that has no or limited user texting or manipulating capabilities.

    摘要: A flexible wireless system and method that support both centralized and distributed modes of MAC protocols, use a new recurring MAC superframe comprising: a beacon period, a data/sense/sleep period for data selective communication, sleep and channel sensing for detecting primary users in cognitive systems; and a signaling window used for exchanging network entry messages and channel reservation requests, the system including beacon operation, a peer beacon device in distributed mode and a master beacon device in centralized mode which are used to selectively participate in the beacon operation, as well as a slave beacon device associated with the master device. The system may employ controlled channel access for the beacon period, the channel access being reservation based. The invention provides a unified MAC protocol that can be adopted in the standards, and supports flexible operation in distributed mode or centralized mode, and seamless transfer from one to the other.
