摘要: Described are fibers comprising aliphatic-aromatic polyester, hydrolysis stabilizer and spherical particles of oxides of silicon, of aluminum and/or of titanium having an average diameter of not more than 100 nm. The polyester fibers possess excellent bending fatigue resistance, give distinctly reduced abrasion and are useful for producing screens or other industrial fabrics.

摘要: A method is described which comprises a method for the production of a monofilament from a mixture of a melt-spinnable, filament-forming polymer and a modifying additional polymer, characterised in that a mixture of one or more melt-spinnable, filament-forming polymers and 0.001 to 10% by weight of a perfluorinated polyether is spun to form monofilaments. The monofilaments are particularly well suited for woven fabrics which are used in paper machine clothings, conveyor belts, filtration screens and screens for silkscreen printing.

摘要: Melt-spun strands comprising (a) a thermoplastic and elastomeric polyester copolymer comprising structural repeat units derived from different diols, of which one is a polyetherdiol, and (b) a thermoplastic polyester copolymer comprising structural repeat units derived from different dicarboxylic acids or their polyester-forming derivatives. The strands possess excellent abrasion resistance coupled with high dimensional stability and are useful for producing screens or other technical/industrial fabrics.

摘要: Described are fibers comprising aliphatic-aromatic polyester and non-layered platelet-shaped particles selected from the group of inorganic oxides, hydroxides, carbonates, bicarbonates, nitrides and carbides, having a thickness in the range from 20 nm to not more than 100 nm and an aspect ratio of not more than 20:1. The polyester fibers possess excellent bending fatigue resistance, give distinctly reduced abrasion and are useful for producing screens or other industrial fabrics.
