    摘要: Halides are removed from halide-containing nitrile mixtures by(a) thermally treating the halide-containing nitrile mixture,(b) subsequently adding a base to the thermally treated nitrile mixture and(c) subsequently separating off the base from the nitrile mixture.Amines are prepared by(A) reacting alkyl halides with metal cyanides in an at least two-phase reaction medium in the presence of halide-containing phase-transfer catalysts to give alkanenitriles,(B) separating off the resulting halide-containing alkanenitrile mixture phase and(C) further treating the halide-containing alkanenitrile mixture phase, as described in the stages(a)-(c) removing halides from halide-containing nitrile mixtures and(d) hydrogenating nitrites obtained in stage (c) to give amines, in the presence of suspended or fixed-bed catalysts.

    摘要: A process for preparing an amine by catalytic reaction of an olefin with ammonia or a primary or secondary amine by contacting a mixture of the reactants in a reactor at 200.degree. to 400.degree. C. and an elevated pressure up to 700 bar in the presence of a catalyst consisting essentially of an X-ray amorphous (non-crystalline) mesoporous catalyst, some of which may have a microporous non-crystalline content. The catalyst has the composition a MO.sub.2 * b Q.sub.2 O.sub.3 * c P.sub.2 O.sub.5 where Q is at least one of the trivalent elements aluminum, boron, chromium, iron or gallium, and M is at least one of the tetravalent elements silicon, titanium or germanium. The molar ratio of a:b is from 0.5:1 to 1000:1 and the molar ratio of c:b is from 0 to 2:1. As prepared and used in the process, this non-crystalline catalyst has a specific BET surface area of from 200 to 1000 m.sup.2 /g.

C. and pressures of from 1 to 400 bar using hydrogen in the presence of a zirconium, copper, nickel catalyst, the catalytically active composition comprises from 20 to 85% by weight of oxygen-containing zirconium compounds, calculated as ZrO.sub.2, from 1 to 30% by weight of oxygen-containing compounds of copper, calculated as CuO, from 30 to 70% by weight of oxygen-containing compounds of nickel, calculated as NiO, from 0.1 to 5% by weight of oxygen-containing compounds of molybdenum, calculated as MoO.sub.3, and from 0 to 10% by weight of oxygen-containing compounds of aluminum and/or manganese, calculated as Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and MnO.sub.2 respectively.
