    摘要： A screen printing method and apparatus for printing a circuit pattern corresponding to that of a stencil (4), onto a print-object article (1) placed on an ascendable/descendable positioning stage (2), through moving a squeegee (5a, 5b) horizontally while the squeegee is pushed in on the stencil so that print paste (9) is printed to the article via the stencil. The squeegee is lifted to an extent of a push-in stroke, to which the squeegee has been pushed in on the stencil, and thereafter the article is separated away from the stencil by moving the stage downward. The board is classified into first and second areas (121, 120) where values of opening sizes of the stencil along a squeegee moving direction are smaller than and not smaller than a threshold, and a speed of the squeegee at the first area is made slower than that at the second area. Upon an occurrence of print standby time during a printing operation, the print standby time is measured, and at a resumption of printing with the print standby canceled, the paste placed on the stencil during the standby time is screen-printed, by moving the squeegee at an adjusted print speed lower than the reference print speed based on a relationship between the print standby time and a print time due to the adjusted print speed after the resumption of printing.

    摘要： A screen printing apparatus for printing a printing paste to a to-be-printed object, includes a positioning stage for positioning and fixing the to-be-printed object, a screen printing plate disposed above the positioning stage, a printing squeegee moved in a predetermined moving direction within a horizontal plane while keeping touch with the screen printing plate to thereby print the printing paste on the screen printing plate to the to-be-printed object, a circuit pattern provided on the screen printing plate and inclined at an angle to the moving direction of the printing squeegee, a lift device for relatively moving the positioning stage up and down to a predetermined printing position in a vicinity of a lower face of the screen printing plate, a rotating device for rotating the positioning stage about a longitudinal axis orthogonal to a face of the positioning stage, and a controlling device for controlling and rotating the positioning stage by means of the rotating device so that an inclining angle of the to-be-printed object agrees with the inclining angle of the circuit pattern on the screen printing plate, wherein the printing paste is printed to the object securely positioned on the positioning stage with the use of the screen printing plate having the circuit pattern and the printing squeegee, thereby forming printed circuit portions.

    摘要： A screen printing apparatus includes: a positioning stage for positioning an object and a plate arranged above it; printing squeegees which are moved horizontally on the plate for printing through the plate onto the object; a driver for moving the positioning stage; a horizontal driver for moving the positioning stage in two substantially perpendicular directions; a positioning controller for calculating a central position of a pattern on the plate from a reference position and the size of an outer periphery of the object, moving the positioning stage so that the central position corresponds to a center of the object. A carry-in conveyor is provided for feeding the object onto the positioning stage along a predetermined transferring direction, the conveyor being arranged away from the positioning stage and having a carry-in conveyor surface on which the object is placed before the object is fed onto the positioning stage. The carry-in conveyor surface is positioned within the same plane as an object placing surface of the positioning stage. A carry-out conveyor is provided for transferring the object on the positioning stage along the transferring direction, the carry-out conveyor being arranged away from the positioning stage and having a carry-out conveyor surface on which the object is placed after the object is fed from the positioning stage. The carry-out conveyor surface is positioned within the same plane as the object placing surface of the positioning stage.

    摘要： In a screen printing apparatus and method for using a squeegee to press printing paste on a screen while moving the squeegee in the horizontal direction in order to apply the paste to a circuit board for printing, accurate printing with excellent printed shapes is provided by allowing the squeegee to flexibly fit the circuit regardless of its slope, swell, or warp to achieve balanced printing at a low specified pressure. To accomplish this, squeegees (26a and 26b) are elevated by an air cylinder (27) that can be rotated at the longitudinal center of the squeegees (26a and 26b) and that cancels their weight, and are then pressed downward by air cylinders (35 and 36) located symmetrically about the center in order to press the top surface of a screen (23).
