摘要: An alternator is vertically mounted to an engine in a vehicle. The engine is arranged such that a crank shaft is vertical with respect to the ground and a crank shaft pulley is fixed to a lower end of the crank shaft such that a rotation axis of the crank shaft pulley is parallel to the crank shaft. The engine is provided with a mounting bracket and the alternator is fixed to the mounting bracket in a condition that an alternator pulley faces downward and electrical components are arranged at the upper portion of the alternator.

摘要: In a system for preventing an equipment such as lawnmower from theft, there are equipped with an internal combustion engine that is mounted on the equipment and is equipped with a generator that generates electric operating power when the engine is operated, a recoil starter to be manipulatable by an operator to operate the engine, an electronic key that is adapted to be carried by the operator and stores authenticating data for identifying the operator who carries the electronic key; and an authenticator that is installed at the equipment and performs authentication check as to whether the electronic key is an authorized key using stored key-checking data, when the authenticating data is outputted from the electronic key. In the system, the authenticator performs the authentication check when the electric operating power is supplied from the generator, thereby enabling to be installed in battery-less equipment and ensure to prevent the equipment from theft.

The overload protection device comprises a tension sensor for detecting the tension in an endless belt and generating an electric overload signal to disengage an electromagnetic clutch in the belt drive power transmission mechanism when a belt tension greater than a predetermined value is detected.

摘要: A working vehicle includes an engine in the rear of a passenger seat, and a working machine vertically movably disposed in the rear of the engine, wherein an upper end of the working machine which is lifted to the highest position is set lower than an upper end of the engine. As a result, a ventilation in the vicinity of the engine is improved and a cooling effect of the engine is enhanced. Also, a maintenance of the engine can be conducted without being interfered by the working machine. Further, with this arrangement, a center of gravity of the working machine is low, thereby enhancing a stability of the working vehicle, and a driver or a passenger of the vehicle can visually check backward much easier.

摘要: An overload prevention device has a first rotational member for driving engagement with an input shaft of an auger transmission of a snow removing machine, a second rotational member engaging the first rotational member for rotation therewith over a predetermined torque range and for rotation relative thereto when a predetermined torque is exceeded, and a movable member mounted adjacent to the first rotational member for undergoing movement to restrict a rotating angle of the second rotational member. A detector outputs a detection signal each time the detector detects movement of the movable member in a direction away from the first rotational member when protuberances of the movable member engage protrusions of the first rotational member responsive to relative rotation between the first and second rotational members. A control unit stops operation of the engine when the detector outputs the detection signal a preselected number of times within a preselected time period.
