摘要: An energy management system for managing energy such as power consumed in a building in an optimal state to significantly save energy is provided. A computer control system (200) for controlling the energy management system performs program control as follows. Current date and time are acquired, a control pattern for that time is obtained using a control program, so as to determine whether operation of an air conditioner (186) is to be turned ON or OFF, and then output either an operation instruction or a stop instruction. A control signal is then output from a digital output unit (212) to the air conditioner (186). Thus, the air conditioner (186) temporarily stops operation according to a predetermined pattern for the program control. The current operating state is displayed on a display unit (240) and a remote monitoring unit (270).

摘要: A monitoring device 100 comprises a control unit 101 including a positional information acquisition section 101A that tracks an existing position of the communication terminal 120 and acquires positional information of the communication terminal 120 and a jurisdiction retaining section 101B that retains a jurisdictional district to receive an emergency telephone call where a building under security exists, an input/output unit 102 that detects an emergency situation based on a sensor output from the input/output device 110, and an alarm sending unit 103 that reports an e-mail transmission or an image via the telephone line 130. The control unit 101, when having detected an emergency situation, performs control to specify a communication terminal 120 that exists in the police jurisdictional district or fire jurisdictional district with reference to the jurisdiction retaining section 101B, and to report preferentially to the specified communication terminal 120. Accordingly, reporting preferentially to a mobile phone within a jurisdictional district where a building under security exists allows promptly reporting when an emergency call is made from the mobile phone.

摘要: Disclosed is a water saving device which provides the pressure and amount of water to be delivered that can satisfy the comfortable sense of water usage, regardless of whether the water may be supplied under the high pressure or low pressure or whether the water may be supplied in the larger or smaller amount. In accordance with the present invention, the water saving device comprises a hollow cylindrical body that is adapted to be attached to a water passage conduit or pipe. The hollow cylindrical body includes a first plate member disposed perpendicular to the direction of the water flowing through the water passage conduit or pipe. The first plate member has a plurality of first water passage holes formed thereon at regular intervals with regard to each other in the circumferential direction. A water guide member is further included. The water guide member is provided on the location where each of the first water passage holes is formed on the downstream side of the first plate member, and is capable of guiding the water flow in the circumferential direction while it causes the water to flow obliquely and downwardly toward the downstream side through each of the first water passage holes.

摘要: Energy saving in indoor air conditioning is achieved by combining indoor air vertical convection producing means and indoor air conditioning means. A fan for performing suction and exhaust of air for vertically circulating the indoor air through suction and exhaust ports provided on upper and lower parts of a room is operated or stopped according to a difference in temperatures detected on the upper and lower parts of the room. The output of the fan at the time of operation is increased or decreased according thereto to prevent energy loss occurring when warm air accumulates on the upper part and cool air accumulates on the lower part. The operation or suspension of an air conditioner installed indoors, and the amount of energy consumed at the time of operating the air conditioner is controlled depending on a difference between a temperature detected in the room and a preset indoor temperature.

摘要: An energy-savings control system can control the showcase, refrigerator and freezer so that they can run with the reduced energy consumption by responding to the electric current values flowing in each respective one of the showcase, etc. A freezing-machine is provided in each respective one of the showcase, refrigerator and freezer in which the electric current values flowing in the freezing-machine may be detected at time intervals of every one minute, and the average electric current values during the continuous time period of 30 minutes may be computed from the electric current values as detected above. If it is determined that the freezing-machine's operating rate as computed above is greater than the freezing-machine's predetermined operating rate, the freezing-machine installed therein may be controlled so that the electromagnetic valve can be switched to its opened position.

摘要: An energy management system for managing energy such as power consumed in a building in an optimal state to significantly save energy is provided.A computer control system (200) for controlling the energy management system performs program control as follows.
