    摘要: A duplexer includes a transmission band filter and a reception band filter connected in parallel to each other and connected to an antenna terminal. The transmission band filter and the reception band filter are accommodated in a package covered with an electroconductive lid. The package is mounted on a mounting substrate having the antenna terminal and covered with an electroconductive shield mounted on the mounting substrate. At least one of the transmission band filter and the reception band filter has a ground terminal connected to the lid. The lid is electrically connected to the shield.

    摘要: There are provided an electronic component in which two substrates are bonded to each other with a large bonding force and a method for manufacturing electronic components in which two substrates can be bonded to each other with a large bonding force and in which the substrates are not likely to be bent and broken. In an embodiment, a plurality of first connection portions 30 is formed on a first substrate 22, and in addition, a plurality of IDT electrodes 26 and a plurality of second connection portions 32 are formed on a second substrate 24. The first connection portions 30 are engaged in concave parts of the second connection portions 32, so that temporary bonding is performed. Between adjacent first connection portions 30, only the first substrate is cut. By heat application, laser irradiation, pressure application, ultrasonic application, or the like, the first connection portions 30 and the second connection portions 32 are finally bonded to each other. The second substrate 24 is cut along the cut portions of the first substrate 22, so that a plurality of electronic components 20 is formed.

    摘要: In a dielectric resonator device, the outer shape of a support base is larger than the bottom surface of a dielectric core which is in contact with the support base, and the support base is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the cavity with support columns at the periphery of the support base. With this configuration, an air space can be provided between the inner bottom surface of the cavity and the support base. Accordingly, the resonant frequency of the TMz mode in which the electric field vector directs perpendicularly to the surface of the support base is increased so that it is considerably away from the resonant frequency of the TE01δ multiple mode.
