    摘要: Provided are an apparatus and method for depositing a thin film, and a method for gap-filling a trench in a semiconductor device. The thin film depositing apparatus includes a plurality of substrates provided on the same space inside a reactor, wherein deposition of the thin film and partial etching of the deposited thin film are repeated to form the thin film on the plurality of substrates by exposing the substrates to two or more source gases and an etching gas supplied together at predetermined time intervals while rotating the substrates. According to exemplary embodiments, it is possible to concurrently or alternatively perform deposition and etching of a thin film, so that a thin film with good gap-fill capability can be deposited.

    摘要: Provided are a low-temperature formation method for emitter tips including copper oxide nanowires or copper nanowires and a display device or a light source manufactured using the same. The low-temperature formation method includes preparing a substrate having an exposed copper surface. The copper surface contacts an oxide solution at a low temperature of 100° C. or less to grow copper oxide nanowires on the surface of the substrate. Optionally, a reduction gas or a heat is supplied to the copper oxide nanowires, or plasma processing is performed on the copper oxide nanowires, thereby reducing the copper oxide nanowires to copper nanowires. Thus, emitter tips including copper oxide nanowires or copper nanowires are formed densely at a low temperature such that the emitter tips have a shape and length suitable for emission of electrons.

    摘要: Provided are a method of packaging an MEMS device in vacuum using an O-ring and a vacuum-packaged MEMS device manufactured by the same. The method includes preparing an upper substrate including a cavity and a lower substrate including the MEMS device and loading the upper and lower substrates into a vacuum chamber; aligning the lower and upper substrates by mounting an O-ring on a marginal portion of the MEMS device of the lower substrate; compressing the O-ring between the upper and lower substrates by applying a pressure between the upper and lower substrates; venting the vacuum chamber; and removing the pressure applied between the upper and lower substrates. In this method, the MEMS device can be packaged in vacuum using a simple process without causing outgassing and leakage from a cavity of the upper substrate.

The binary encoder includes first and second latch transistors, first and second charge transistors, first and second control transistors, first and second discharge transistors, an equalize transistor, and first and second inverters. The first charge transistor charges a first output node to a level of a power voltage in response to a clock signal. The second charge transistor charges a second output node to the level of the power voltage in response to the clock signal. The first discharge transistor discharges a first control node to a level of a ground voltage in response to a first input signal. The second discharge transistor discharges a second control node to the level of the ground voltage in response to a second input signal.

Thus, the present invention provides deguelin-based combination therapies for the treatment and prevention of lung cancer. The second agent of the present invention may, in particular, be an inhibitor of the P13K, MAPK or JNK signaling pathways, or a chemotherapeutic agent, or radiotherapeutic agent.
