    摘要: The invention relates to a moisture-curing, NCO-reactive polyurethane hotmelt adhesive composition to a process for its production and to its use as an adhesive wherein the hot-melt adhesive characterized by a reaction product obtainable by reaction of:A) a mixture of:i) polyfunctional polyol component which is liquid or highly viscous (paste-like) at room temperature (25.degree. C.) and which has an average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000 and which is consisting of at least one polyether and/or polyester polyol, andii) a polyfunctional polyol component which is crystalline at room temperature (25.degree. C.) and which has a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 and preferably 2,000 to 5,000with a mixture ofB)i) a polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups andii) a diisocyanate component having an NCO reactivity to hydroxyl groups which is greater than that of the less reactive NCO groups of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups,the overall ratio of NCO:OH groups being greater than 1, and the ratio of the NCO groups of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups to the OH groups of the polyol component i) being between 1.05 and 2.0 and the ratio by weight formed from the quantity of polyol component to the quantity of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups and the quantity of the crystalline polyol component, the diisocyanate component containing isocyanate groups which are more reactive to OH groups than the less reactive NCO groups of the isocyanate containing two differently reactive NCO groups being between 10 and 0.1.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for bonding surfaces with isocyanate-containing prepolymers having an isocyanate group content of less than 1.8% by weight, based on the prepolymer, and an average molecular weight MW.sub.n of at least 4,500 in which (a) the prepolymers are prepared by the reaction of (i) polyester diols prepared from dodecanedioic acid and even-numbered alkane diols containing at least 6 carbon atoms and (ii) diisocyanates; (b) the prepolymer is applied as a hotmelt adhesive at a temperature of 80 to 160.degree. C. by spin-spraying onto at least one surface to be bonded; and (c) the treated surface is brought into intimate contact with a second surface to be bonded.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of particles from solutions or melts of heat-activatable polyurethanes by i) dissolving a compressible auxiliary agent at a pressure of between 50 and 1000 bar into a conveyable solution or melt of a heat-activatable polyurethane to obtain a mixture of polyurethane, compressible auxiliary agent and optionally solvent, ii) optionally adjusting of the temperature of the resulting mixture to a temperature of from 40° K below to 150° K above the crystallite melting point of the polyurethane, iii) expanding the mixture by means of an expansion device into a container, while adjusting the temperature in the container to at least 5° K below the softening temperature of the polyurethane to maintain the open jet particles in a form in which they do not agglomerate, and iv) separating the formed particles from the stream of decompressed compressible auxiliary agent and optionally solvent.
