Abstract: A photovoltaic power generation system includes a capacitor bridge arm, an inverter bridge arm, and the fault protection apparatus. The capacitor bridge arm includes a positive electrode output port, a negative electrode output port, and a reference output port The inverter bridge arm includes a positive electrode input port, a negative electrode input port, and a reference input port. The positive electrode input port is connected to the positive electrode output port. The negative electrode input port is connected to the negative electrode output port. The reference input port is connected to the reference output port by using the fault protection apparatus. The fault protection apparatus is turned off based on a magnitude value or a variation of a voltage, or a magnitude value or a variation of a current between the reference input port and the positive electrode input port or the negative electrode input port.

Abstract: This application provides a power converter box used in a photovoltaic system. The power converter box includes at least two power converters, and the at least two power converters include one primary power converter and at least one secondary power converter. Abstract: A serial-parallel converter protection system includes a controller, a drive, a first switching transistor, and a second switching transistor. An input terminal of a converter is connected to an output terminal of the converter through the first switching transistor. The output terminal of the converter is connected in parallel with the second switching transistor. When an output voltage of the converter is greater than a first threshold, the controller controls the first switching transistor to be turned off and controls the second switching transistor to be turned on. In some embodiments, when the output voltage of the converter is greater than the first threshold, the controller controls the first switching transistor to be turned off and controls the second switching transistor to be turned on, so that the converter is bypassed, thereby preventing a voltage and a current from impacting a component inside the converter.

A heat storage material with a relatively high specific heat capacity is introduced into the packaged device, and the heat storage portion is disposed on the circuit board around the electronic component where a large amount of heat generated by the electronic component in a short time can be quickly stored in the heat storage portion and then released to the outside.

Abstract: A control circuit includes a detection module configured to detect an operating condition of a semiconductor switching device; a determining module configured to determine a gate allowable voltage of the semiconductor switching device based on the operating condition; and an output module configured to output a control signal to a driving power supply circuit of the semiconductor switching device based on the gate allowable voltage, to control the driving power supply circuit to provide a gate on voltage that is not higher than the gate allowable voltage and that is positively correlated with the gate allowable voltage for the semiconductor switching device. When the operating condition of the semiconductor switching device becomes better, the gate allowable voltage of the semiconductor switching device is increased.

Abstract: A DC-DC converter includes: a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first switch device, a second switch device, a third switch device, a fourth switch device, a flying capacitor, where one end of the flying capacitor is coupled to the first intermediate node, the other end of the flying capacitor is coupled the second intermediate node; and the protective circuit, including a clamping unit and a buffering unit, where when a voltage between the positive end of the bus and the negative end of the bus increases, the clamping unit clamps the first switch device to a voltage of the first capacitor, and clamps the fourth switch device to a voltage of the second capacitor, and the buffering unit reduces a current flowing through the clamping unit and the flying capacitor.
