    摘要: An air-assisted fuel injection applied in the two-stroke engine of flame-jet ignition type which a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator valve establish stable fuel rail pressure. With respect to each cylinder, a pair of fuel injection electromagnetic valve inject fuel under this pressure. The injected fuel is not directly injected into the cylinder, but is blown into main combustion chamber in the cylinder and prechamber cavity in a torch-forming plug by high speed flowing air. The ignition is performed in such a manner that the pre-mixed fuel air mixture in the prechamber cavity is first ignited by a spark discharge to form specifically shaped flame jet which is injected from one or more orifices located on lower portion of the torch-forming plug so as to successively ignite the pre-mixed fuel air mixture in the main combustion chamber. The high speed flowing air is supplied in such a manner that a small air pump and an air pressure regulating valve provide constant pressure air and with respect to each cylinder, a pair of main air injection electromagnetic valve and subsidiary air injection electromagnetic valve properly inject high speed flowing air to assist in atomizing and transferring the fuel injected from the fuel injection electromagnetic valves.

    摘要: A catalytic converter with a heating member for use in a motorcycle. It includes (a) a catalytic member installed in an exhaust pipe of a motorcycle for converting exhaust toxic gases to nontoxic gases; (b) a liquid petroleum gas heating member including an air mixer, a liquid petroleum gas tank which is connected to the air mixer, a solenoid valve which is connected between the liquid petroleum gas tank and the air mixer for controlling a flow rate of a liquid petroleum gas into the air mixer, and a nozzle which is located at one end of the catalytic member and is connected to the air mixer; (c) a control unit connected to the solenoid valve and an ignition member located in the nozzle, for controlling the solenoid valve and for igniting a mixture of the air and the liquid petroleum gas at the nozzle to heat the catalytic member when a sensor senses an initial cold starting temperature in the catalytic member below a light-off temperature; and (d) a battery wiring to the control unit.

    摘要: A solenoid-operated injector for an electronically controlled fuel oil injection system which serves to control fuel oil injection by means of a shift of a ball valve unit. The ball valve unit includes a flat armature and a ball valve, the flat armature is shifted, floatingly, without any guidance. As the ball valve unit is sucked and moved to an open state, the flat armature abuts against a thin plate having a high magnetic resistance. The top of the flat armature is acted upon by a compressed spring with the top end of the compressed spring abutting against a spring regulating tube, so that the spring force acting on the flat armature can be changed by adjusting the spring regulating tube. Both the compressed spring and ball valve are located in the magnetic stator of the solenoid coil with the flat armature and the ball valve being located such that the spring force normally biases the ball valve against the oblique cone concave on the top of the valve seat.

    摘要: Disclosed is an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) engine power output conversion mechanism, which is characterized primarily by linking a first transmission assembly to the output terminal of the engine, where the central shaft of the first transmission assembly is provided with a first gear at its one end which connects to the output terminal of the engine, while the other end of the central shaft to a first bevel gear; having a second transmission assembly, where its central shaft is provided with a second bevel gear at its one end which gears to the first bevel gear, while the other end of the central shaft to a second gear, and the central shaft is joined to the rear wheel axle to drive the rear wheels; having a third transmission assembly, where its central shaft is provided with a third gear which gears to the second gear, and the third gear gears to a reduction gear, where the output terminal of the reduction gear is used to drive the front wheels; and having a switch set up at the handle bar of the ATV or wherever the rider can reach, where the switch is for the control of the reduction gear to drive the front wheel. Through such setup, the ATVs are capable of selecting a two-wheel drive or a four-wheel drive, subject to the demand upon various terrain conditions.
