摘要: A method of manufacturing a catalyzed particulate filter may include: preparing a bare particulate filter including at least one inlet channel which may have a first end being open and a second end being blocked, at least one outlet channel which may have a first end being blocked and a second end being open and which is positioned alternately with the at least one inlet channel, at least one porous wall which defines a boundary between adjacent inlet and outlet channels, and a support which is located within at least one among the at least one inlet channel and the at least one outlet channel; injecting a catalyst slurry into the at least one inlet channel and the at least one outlet channel; discharging a portion of the catalyst slurry by blowing gas into or drawing the gas from the at least one inlet channel or the at least one outlet channel; and drying/calcining the particulate filter from which the portion of the catalyst slurry is discharged.

摘要: Provided herein is an exhaust system comprising a diesel particulate filter coated with a selective catalytic reduction (SDPF) wherein the SCR is coated with a Cu/LTA catalyst comprising a LTA zeolite that includes copper ions and the SCR is coated on a high pore diesel particulate matter filter, wherein a ratio of copper and aluminum is from about 0.14 to about 0.48, and wherein the Si/Al ratio of the LTA zeolite is from about 8 to about 100.

摘要: A regeneration method of an apparatus of purifying an exhaust gas including a catalytic converter which is disposed on an exhaust pipe and includes a lean NOx trap (LNT) device in which a first LNT catalyst is coated and a catalyzed particulate filter (CPF) in which a second LNT catalyst is coated may include determining whether a nitrogen oxide (NOx) amount absorbed in the LNT device is greater than a threshold NOx amount, determining whether a temperature of the LNT device is higher than a first predetermined temperature when the NOx amount absorbed in the LNT device is greater than the threshold NOx amount, and regenerating, both of the LNT device and the CPF or only the LNT device according to a temperature of the CPF when the temperature of the LNT device is higher than the first predetermined temperature.

摘要: An apparatus for purifying an exhaust gas passing through an exhaust pipe includes a catalytic converter disposed on the exhaust pipe. The catalytic converter is provided with a lean NOx trap (LNT) device, the LNT device having an LNT catalyst coated therein, and a catalyzed particulate filter (CPF), the CPF having a catalyst coated therein, and the LNT device and the CPF are sequentially disposed in the catalytic converter. The CPF includes at least one inlet channel extending in a longitudinal direction, the at least one inlet channel having a first end into which fluid flows and a second end which is blocked, at least one outlet channel extending in the longitudinal direction, the at least one outlet channel having a first end which is blocked and a second end through which the fluid flows out, at least one porous wall that defines a boundary between neighboring inlet and outlet channels and that extends in the longitudinal direction, and a support with the catalyst coating thereon, and the support is located within at least one among the at least one inlet channel and the at least one outlet channel.
