摘要: Disclosed is a resin composition for an exterior material of a vehicle. The resin composition may include an amount of about 40 to 90 parts by weight of polypropylene resin having a melt index of about 70 to 110 g/10 min; an amount of about 10 to 40 parts by weight of an olefin block copolymer including an ethylene-based repeating unit and a α-olefin-based repeating unit having 4 to 30 carbon atoms; an amount of about 10 to 20 parts by weight of needle-shaped inorganic filler having an aspect ratio of about 5 to 10; and an 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of laser-transmitting black colorant, wherein all the parts by weights based on 100 parts by weight of the resin composition. In particular, an average transmittance may range from about 0.01 to about 1% or less in a wavelength of about 380 to 700 nm, and an average transmittance may range from about 15% or greater and less than about 100% in a wavelength of about 800 to 1200 nm.

摘要: Disclosed is a resin composition for an exterior material of a vehicle. 摘要: A polypropylene resin composition includes a base resin, a thermoplastic elastomer, and an inorganic filler. The base resin is a polypropylene-based mixed resin including a first resin, a second resin, a third resin, and a fourth resin. The first resin is a homopolypropylene resin. The second resin, the third resin, and the fourth resin are each a polypropylene-based block copolymer resin. A melt index of the second resin measured at a temperature of 230° C. and under a load of 2.16 kg is higher than a melt index of each of the third resin and the fourth resin measured under the same condition. A flexural modulus of the third resin measured in accordance with ASTM D790 is lower than a flexural modulus of the fourth resin measured under the same condition.

摘要: A polypropylene resin composition includes: a base resin; a thermoplastic elastomer; and an inorganic filler; a major-axis diameter/minor-axis diameter, which is an aspect ratio of the inorganic filler, is 2 to 8. A molded product includes an injection molding of the polypropylene resin composition. The polypropylene resin composition may simultaneously impart excellent rigidity, impact resistance, and excellent dimensional stability even when applied to a molded product having a small thickness, while maintaining a low specific gravity.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional product having uniform mechanical properties using an SLS 3D printer including the steps of: preparing a mixed powder material by mixing resin powder and glass bubbles, wherein the specific gravity of the glass bubbles is from about 0.8 to about 1.2 times that of the resin powder; supplying the mixed powder material to the 3D printer using a roller; and selectively sintering the mixed powder material by irradiating the powder material using a laser based on 3D data of the product to be manufactured.
