摘要: Provided is a method for producing a high-purity tungsten powder having a phosphorus content of less than 1 wtppm; wherein an ammonium tungstate solution containing 1 wtppm or more of phosphorus as an impurity in terms of the inclusion in tungsten is used as a starting material, this solution is neutralized with hydrochloric acid at a temperature of 50° C. or less to adjust the pH at 4 or more and less than 7 so as to precipitate ammonium paratungstate undecahydrate crystals, the resulting solution is heated to 70 to 90° C. and filtered in a high-temperature state so as to obtain ammonium paratungstate pentahydrate crystals, the obtained crystals are calcined so as to form a tungsten oxide, and the tungsten oxide is subject to hydrogen reduction so as to obtain a high-purity tungsten powder. Additionally provided is a method for producing a high-purity tungsten powder having a phosphorus content of 0.4 wtppm or less; wherein the ammonium tungstate solution is neutralized with hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH at 4 or more and 6 or less, and this solution is subject to the same procedure as described above so as to obtain a high-purity tungsten powder. Consequently, the phosphorus content can be efficiently reduced.

摘要: The present invention relates to provide a projection exposure device having a small volume, thereby not occupying a large installation space. The projection exposure device is configured to transfer patterns formed on a mask to a surface of film-shaped tape on an upright exposure stage by projecting the patterns onto the surface using light. This projection exposure device includes a transfer mechanism for feeding the tape to the exposure stage vertically, and a projection optical mechanism for irradiating the surface of the tape with the light. The projection optical mechanism is composed of Dyson optics located opposite the transfer mechanism across the exposure stage, and has an optical axis that is substantially perpendicular to the exposure stage.

摘要: An antenna structure including a dielectric base member provided in a non-ground region of a circuit board and a feed radiation electrode provided on the dielectric base member. An outer side surface of the dielectric base member along an edge of one end of the circuit board defines a side surface. A feed electrode is provided in the non-ground region of the circuit board or outside the circuit board such that the feed electrode is disposed along side surfaces of the dielectric base member. One end of the feed radiation electrode defines a feed end connected to the feed electrode, and the other end of the feed radiation electrode defines an open end. The feed radiation electrode has a configuration in which a current path extending from the feed end to the open end has a loop shape so as to be provided on at least the side surface and an upper surface of the dielectric base member. A feed radiation electrode portion formed on the side surface of the dielectric base member 6 forms a capacitance between the feed radiation electrode portion and the feed electrode for improving antenna characteristics.

摘要: A picture display system having two display devices and a base device for supplying picture signals to one of the display devices and capable of having bidirectional communication with the other display device is disclosed. The picture display system (1) is made up by a mobile display device (100), a base device (200) and a large format display device (300). The base device (200) sends picture signals to the display device (100) and to the large format display device (300). On a display image surface of the mobile display device (100), there is provided a touch panel for detecting the contact position contacted by a user for displaying a remote-control panel RP accepting an operating input from the user on the display image surface. An operating signal conforming to a display item of the remote-control panel RP, displayed at a contact position, detected by the touch panel, is generated and transmitted by wireless communication to the base device (200). This base device (200) selects the picture signals, supplied from the external inputting devices (400), as a supply source of picture signals, responsive to an operating signal, to transmit the so selected picture signals to the large format display device (300).
