In order to obtain the carrier wave, the AC-DC comprises further includes an AC input voltage polarity detector 7, a PLL circuit 11, and a multiplier 14 for multiplying the sine wave by an output signal of the adjusting unit 13.

    摘要: A noise-cut filter having distributed inductances and distributed capacitances is provided wherein conductive spiral coil patterns are formed on the opposite surfaces of a dielectric sheet, such that the spiral coil patterns are aligned with each other in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the dielectric sheet, and a main circuit pattern is constructed by bonding a main circuit conductor to the spiral coil pattern formed on one of the opposite surfaces of the dielectric sheet. The main circuit conductor is formed by stamping with a punch press so that the conductor has a cross sectional area large enough to allow the passage of current of a main circuit, and has substantially the same shape as the spiral coil pattern. Further, a grounding wire is bonded to the spiral coil pattern formed on the other surface of the dielectric sheet, so that the grounding wire leads the current involving noises which flows from the main circuit pattern into the spiral coil pattern via the dielectric sheet, to a ground terminal.

    摘要: Disclosed is a porous sepiolite having an improved water-resistance and thermal shock resistance obtained by grinding, moisture-conditioning and molding sepiolite, and then calcining said molded sepiolite at a temperature in the range of about 650.degree. C. to about 800.degree. C. Also disclosed is a porous sepiolite having a large specific surface area, wherein the pores having a pore diameter of 50 angstroms or less have a specific surface area in the range of from 40 to 200 m.sup.2 /g and in which no less than 20% of the total surface of the sepiolite is occupied with the pores having a pore diameter of 50 angstroms or less and wherein the pore distribution curve of the sepiolite has a main peak at a pore diameter of no more than 50 angstroms. This sepiolite is obtained by grinding, moisture-conditioning and molding sepiolite, calcining the same at a temperature in the range of about 650.degree. to about 800.degree. C., and then subjecting said calcined sepiolite to an acid treatment.

    摘要: A memory management unit for an information processing system includes a controller and a non-volatile memory. The controller controls data writing process. The non-volatile memory, used for storing non-rewritable and rewritable data, is partitioned into a read-only partition to store the non-rewritable data, and a rewritable partition to store the rewritable data including apparatus-specific data including access-restricted data required for activating the information processing system. The access-restricted data is prohibited from being written during normal usage but writable at specific times. The non-rewritable data, stored in the read-only partition, is protected from an abrupt power shutdown occurring when a data writing process is conducted to the rewritable data. The controller stores the access-restricted data to the read-only partition by changing an attribute of the read-only partition of the non-volatile memory from a read-only attribute to a rewritable attribute.
