    摘要: A vehicle electric fluid machine includes: a housing provided with a mounting leg; a fastener having a shaft portion and a head portion at one end of the shaft portion, the fastener fastening the other end of the shaft portion to a mounting object; a sleeve disposed between the mounting leg and the shaft portion; elastic vibration dampers each having a cylindrical portion and a collar extending from one of opposite ends of the cylindrical portion in its radial outward direction; and an annular plate through which a fastening force is applied to the mounting leg. The annular plate has an elongated protrusion protruding toward the mounting leg, the elongated protrusion spaced from the collar with a predetermined clearance formed radially outside the collar. A deformation limit of the collar is defined by the elongated protrusion being in contact with the collar.

    摘要: A battery pack has a case. The case has battery cells received therein. The case has a closed-bottom cylindrical case body and a flat plate-shaped lid body. Each of the walls of the case body has an end surface surrounding the opening of the case body. A seal member is provided to the end surfaces of the walls. The seal member has an inner overlapping portion and an outer overlapping portion, which overlap each other. Because of the presence of a sixth bend, the inner overlapping portion has restoring force acting toward the outer overlapping portion.

    摘要: A battery module is provided with: battery holders, which have accommodation sections; rechargeable batteries arranged side-by-side while being respectively received in the accommodation sections; a metal plate member, which is provided at least between rechargeable batteries adjacent to each other in the direction in which the rechargeable batteries are arranged side-by-side; and a pressure application member, which presses the rechargeable batteries and the plate member in the direction of the side-by-side arrangement. The battery holders respectively have openings into which the plate members are fitted. The plate members are fitted into the openings to protrude from the battery holders in the direction in which the rechargeable batteries are arranged side-by-side.

    摘要: A fastening member includes a column member, a first screw, and a second screw. The column member has a first end and a second end in the axial direction. The first screw is provided at the first end. The second screw is provided at the second end. The column member is configured so that a jig is axially fitted thereover from the second end, and so that rotating the jig having been fitted over the column member engages the first screw with a first body to be fastened. The first screw and the second screw have different axial lengths. The column member has a protrusion which prevents the jig from being fitted from the first end over the column member up to a position at which the jig can rotate the column member.

    摘要: This battery pack is provided with a housing, a case, a battery cell, a sealing material and a spacer. The case includes a lid member fixed to the housing so as to close a through-hole in the housing. The lid member is bolted to a through-hole peripheral part of the housing. When the internal pressure of the case rises, part of the lid member deforms in a direction away from the through-hole peripheral part, releasing the internal pressure of the case. The battery cell is accommodated inside of the case. The sealing material is arranged between the lid member and the through-hole peripheral part so as to ensure the air-tightness of the case. The spacer is arranged between the lid member and the through-hole peripheral part so as to maintain the interval between the lid member and the through-hole peripheral part.
