Abstract: The boiler using a liquid metal as a working medium according to the present invention is comprises: a combustion furnace, in which the working medium is supplied and heated; a heat exchange part, which is connected to the combustion furnace and to which the working medium heated in the combustion furnace is supplied; a heat medium injection part, which is positioned in the heat exchange part; and a supply part, which is connected to the heat exchange part and supplies the heat medium to the heat medium injection part. In the heat exchange part, the heat exchange between the heat medium supplied to the heat medium injection part and the heated working medium is performed. The heat medium reaches high temperature and high pressure states at a threshold point or higher by means of the heat exchange. In addition, the working medium is a liquid metal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pyrolysis device using a liquid metal including: a hollow reactor in which the liquid metal is received; a circulating pump connected to the reactor; a buffer tank disposed on an upper portion of the reactor and receiving the liquid metal from the circulating pump; a nozzle coupled with the buffet tank and jetting the liquid metal within the buffer tank into the reactor; and an air supply source supplying air to the liquid metal within the reactor, wherein char generated from fuel injected into the reactor is combusted by reacting with air introduced into a lower portion” of the reactor through the air supply source, and liquid metal sprays jetted from the nozzle react with gases generated in the reactor to purify the gases.

Abstract: Disclosed is a mass-cultivation system for microalgae, including a reactor that contains a cultivation liquid in the interior thereof, wherein the liquid includes functional particles. According to the mass-cultivation system for microalgae according to the present invention, because various functions that are necessary for cultivation of microalgae may be uniformly distributed in a cultivation liquid by allowing functional particles having various functions to flow in the cultivation liquid, a suitable environment may be created based on the cultivation of a large amount of microalgae and the growth of microalgae so that a high efficiency cultivation system may be realized while the problems of mass-cultivation of an existing cultivation system may be solved.

Abstract: A reduction device using a liquid metal, which can improve the oxidation reaction of a reducing agent for reducing a material to be reduced using a liquid metal, while simultaneously effectively controlling the same. The reduction device according to the present invention comprises: a storage unit in which the liquid metal is supplied and stored; a reducing agent positioned in the storage unit; a reduction unit positioned on a side of the storage unit, which receives a material to be reduced and enables fluid communication with the storage unit; and a liquid metal storage unit. According to the present invention, a reducing agent, which has strong reducing ability, is sublimated using a liquid metal, thereby further improving the reduction capability, and the same is also controlled precisely, thereby removing restrictions on use resulting from the explosive reaction of the reducing agent and guaranteeing efficient operation.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is directed to a pyrolysis device including a reactor in which an injected raw material and a melted liquid metal are present together, a circulating pump connected to the reactor, a buffer tank disposed on an upper portion of the reactor and receiving the liquid metal from the circulating pump, a nozzle coupled with the buffer tank and jetting the liquid metal within the buffer tank into the reactor, a separating apparatus separating pyrolyzed char and slag, and a combustion furnace connected to the reactor to combust the fuel supplied from the reactor and supply heat to the reactor, thereby reacting the liquid metal sprays jetted from the nozzle with gases generated in the reactor to purify the gases.

Abstract: The present invention provides a hybrid gasification system which simultaneously has the advantages of an entrained-flow gasifier using pulverized fuel and a fluidized-bed gasifier utilized for gasifying fuel with relatively various properties. The present intention provides a hybrid gasification system employing a structure in which a second reaction chamber operated at a temperature of 700 to 900 is surrounded by a first reaction chamber operated at temperature, thereby obtaining an insulation effect, performing additional heat exchange, and minimizing a heat loss. Furthermore, the present invention provides a hybrid gasification system having a structure in which unreacted substances and tar within synthetic gas generated from a first reaction chamber reacts within a second reaction chamber, thereby increasing the entire gasification efficiency.

Abstract: A pure oxygen direct combustion system using a liquid metal according to the present invention comprises: a reactor for receiving a liquid metal; a heat exchanger, connected to the bottom of the reactor, for exchanging heat for the liquid metal; a circulation pump, connected to the heat exchanger, for circulating the incoming liquid metal; a nozzle, connected to the circulation pump and disposed on the reactor; a reduction unit, connected to the circulation pump, for performing a reduction for the oxidized liquid metal; and a separation unit, connected to the reactor and the reduction unit, wherein the particles of the liquid metal injected from the nozzle are subjected to sensible heat from the gas generated from the reactor, heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger and regenerated by the reduction unit, and then supplied back to the reactor.
