Abstract: Disclosed are a hydrocarbon adsorption and desorption complex showing hydrocarbon adsorption and oxidation performance by controlling the cation ratio in zeolite, and a preparation method therefor. The hydrocarbon adsorption and desorption complex controls a cation ratio to exhibit the excellent hydrocarbon adsorption ability and oxidation performance even at a temperature lower than the catalyst activation temperature, and increases hydrothermal stability of the hydrocarbon adsorption and desorption complex through hydrothermal treatment to exhibit the excellent hydrocarbon adsorption and desorption performance even in a situation where water is present at a high temperature.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of fabricating an organic structure directing agent-free CHA type zeolite membrane and a membrane fabricated thereby, and more particularly to a method of fabricating a continuous CHA type zeolite membrane, which exhibits CO2/N2 and CO2/CH4 separation performances comparable with those of conventional membranes, in a cost-effective manner without a calcination process by hydrothermal synthesis using an alkali metal hydroxide without using an organic structure directing agent, and to a membrane fabricated thereby.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of synthesizing nano-sized tungsten-silica core-shell particles by a silica-based sol-gel process. According to the method, tungsten-silica nanoparticles are very easy to synthesize by a simple process at ambient pressure and temperature. In addition, tungsten oxide-silica (WOx@SiO2) nanoparticles including tungsten in a stable oxidation state can be synthesized. In the tungsten oxide-silica nanoparticles, the size of the tungsten protected with the silica shell can be maintained in the nanometer range without further processing. Also disclosed is a method of synthesizing nano-sized tungsten oxide (WOx) and tungsten carbide (WC) particles by further processing of the tungsten-silica core-shell particles.

Abstract: Disclosed is a dissimilar metal-supported catalyst for the production of aromatics by methane dehydroaromatization. In the dissimilar metal-supported catalyst, a noble metal such as gold (Au), silver (Ag), platinum (Pt), and/or rhodium (Rh) is introduced into a catalyst supported with iron (Fe) on a zeolite support to promote the dehydrogenation of methane and the formation of iron carbide (Fe3C) as an active species for dehydroaromatization, achieving a greatly improved yield of aromatics. Also disclosed is a method for producing aromatics using the dissimilar metal-supported catalyst.

Abstract: Disclosed is a core-shell structured nanocatalyst for hydrogen peroxide production. The core-shell structured nanocatalyst includes a core composed of spherical silica immobilized with noble metal nanoparticles and a mesoporous shell surrounding the core. The use of the nanocatalyst with a mesoporous shell for the production of hydrogen peroxide from hydrogen and oxygen ensures high hydrogen conversion and hydrogen peroxide production rate compared to the use of conventional nanoparticle catalysts with a microporous shell. Also disclosed is a method for hydrogen peroxide production using the nanocatalyst.
