    摘要: A light source pa light of a plurality of wavelengths of a near infrared region, and a spectroscopic part selects a wavelength subjected to absorption by lactic acid as a measuring wavelength from measuring light of a plurality of wavelengths emitted from the light source part. A probe comes into contact with an organism measuring portion and irradiates the organism measuring portion with the measuring light of the wavelength selected by the spectroscopic part, while a photoreceiving part detects transmitted/scattered light of the measuring light incident upon the organism measuring portion. A light signal detected by the photoreceiving part is converted to absorbance in a signal processing part, so that the concentration of lactic acid is calculated by a host computer serving as an arithmetic-control part and displayed on a display part. No reagent is required, while difference between lactic acid concentrations varied with measuring portions can also be noninvasively measured.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a technique for measuring the concentration of a particular component in a sample liquid using a test tool (2). The test tool (2) includes a first through a third detection elements (31a-33a) arranged in the mentioned order in the moving direction of the sample liquid for measuring an electro-physical quantity. The present invention provides a concentration measuring method which includes a first detection step for detecting whether or not liquid conduction is established between the first and the second detection elements (31a, 32a), a second detection step for detecting whether or not liquid conduction is established between the second and the third detection elements (31a, 33a), a measurement step for measuring an electro-physical quantity by using the first through the third detection elements (31a-33a), and a concentration computation step for computing the concentration of the particular component based on the electro-physical quantity. The present invention also provides a concentration measuring apparatus (1) for realizing the concentration measuring method.

The device comprises four parts, namely, a cover plate 61, a middle plate 62, a bottom plate 63 and an operation plate 64.     摘要: This invention provides a device for analyzing a sample which is capable of performing rapid and precise analysis of a small amount of sample, and whose gradient in a measuring apparatus is not limited. This device comprises approximately a rectangular plate shaped body comprising a base member made of resin and a transparent covering. A first depressed cylindrical concave portion is formed in the upper surface of the base member, and a groove is formed in communication with the first depressed cylindrical concave portion, the groove extending to the end of the protrusion portion 5c, and a second depressed cylindrical concave portion which is smaller than the first depressed cylindrical concave portion is formed in a certain position in the groove, the end of the groove opening to the outside at the end of the protrusion portion 5c. Then, the transparent covering is placed over the upper surface of the base member and then integrated together.
