    摘要: The silicone rubber adhesive of the present invention is composed of a particular organopolysiloxane, condensation reaction catalyst and organoperoxide in restricted blending ratios. As a result, a characteristic of the present invention is that various organic materials may be tightly and durably bonded to silicone rubbers by applying the adhesive of the present invention to the surface of a cured silicone rubber and laying on and then curing an organic material such as a synthetic rubber composition, for example, ethylene-propylene terpolymer rubber or chloroprene rubber, or a phenol resin, epoxy resin, etc. In addition, it is also a characteristic of the present invention that silicone rubber may be tightly bonded to various materials by applying the silicone rubber adhesive of the present invention to various organic materials as mentioned above, bringing a silicone rubber composition which contains a curing catalyst into contact and then curing.

    摘要: A silicone rubber composition, comprising: (A) an polyorganosiloxane gum represented by the following average structural formula: RaSiO(4−a)/2 (where R is a substituted or non-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon, and a is a number between 1.8 and 2.3); (B) microparticulate silica; and (C) a methyl-substituted benzoyl peroxide having the maximum grain diameter not exceeding 50 &mgr;m and an average grain diameter of 30 &mgr;m. When cured, the silicone rubber composition has reduced nonuniformity in the physical properties because of fewer voids, resulting in decreased frequency of spark-outs in the insulated wires.

    摘要: A curable silicone rubber composition comprising (A) organopolysiloxane comprising at least 2 silicon atom-bonded alkenyl groups in each molecule described by formula R.sub.a SiO.sub.(4-a)/2, where R represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group and a is a number from 1.95 to 2.05; (B) fine powdery silica; (C) a reaction mixture of (a) a platinum compound and (b) a compound containing an alkynyl group and an alcoholic hydroxy group in each molecule; and (D) a curing agent. The present invention is also a manufacturing method of curable silicone rubber composition. The curable silicone rubber compositions have an excellent flame-retarding property and good tracking resistance and other electrical properties.

    摘要: The composition of the present invention comprises a oil-resistant silicone rubber composition that undergoes little swelling even when used in regular or continuous contact with mineral oil-based lubricating oil such as engine oil and so forth. The oil-resistant silicone rubber composition comprises:(A) a dimethylsiloxane-3,3,3-trifluoropropylmethylsiloxane-methylvinylsiloxane copolymer gum that contains 0.001 to 5 mole percent methylvinylsiloxane unit,(B) a hydrocarbon oil or diorganopolysiloxane oil wherein the total in each diorganopolysiloxane oil molecule of the number of silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms and the number of functional groups reactive with component (A) or (C) is less than two,(C) a reinforcing filler, and(D) a curing agent in a quantity sufficient to cure the composition.
