摘要: A conveying method for conveying green tires from storing devices, disposed near building machines, to curing machines and attaching them to the curing machines is disclosed wherein a green tire delivery demand signal is emitted, from a specific curing machine among a plurality of curing machines, to a control system which stores the corresponding relationships between the respective storing devices and the respective curing machines and the quantities and kinds of green tires stored in the storing devices. The control system which receives this demand signal sends a signal, indicating the curing machine which has emitted the demand signal and the corresponding specific storing device, to an automatic truck supporting and carrying thereon a mechanism which is capable of withdrawing a green tire from the storing device, having it suspended thereon, and loading it onto the curing machine. The automatic truck is capable of running on rails laid and supported at a suitable height above the storing devices and curing machines, and on receipt of this signal, the truck moves to the corresponding storing device, carries the green tire suspended thereon, runs to the specific curing machine, which has emitted the demand signal, while suspending the green tire thereon, and loads the green tire onto the specific curing machine.

摘要: An ECU outputs a signal indicative of a target motor speed calculated based on a deviation between a target camshaft phase and an actual camshaft phase to an EDU. The EDU performs a feedback control of the output current (motor current) of the EDU so that the deviation is decreased, whereby an actual camshaft phase is feedbacked to a target camshaft phase. When the supply voltage of EDU is less than the operation limit voltage established higher than minimum operation assurance voltage, the variation of the target motor speed is restricted. Thereby, the output current of EDU is restricted, and further, when the supply voltage is less than minimum operation assurance voltage, the output current of EDU is intercepted.

摘要: An actuator operation amount setting unit prepares the rotational speed command value for an electric motor such that the phase of an intake valve changes in accordance with the target phase. An electric-motor EDU controls the motor supply electric power such that the electric motor operates in accordance with the rotational speed command value. An overheating determination unit determines whether at least one of the electric motor and the electric-motor EDU needs to be restricted from heating up based on a result of comparison between the information indicating the motor supply electric power and the reference value. A rotational speed command value restriction unit restricts the rotational speed command value provided to the electric-motor EDU to a value within a predetermined range, when it is determined that the at least one of the electric motor and the electric-motor EDU needs to be restricted from heating up. A reference value setting unit variably sets the reference value based on the rotational speed of the electric motor.

摘要: A motor current (driving current of motor) is estimated based on a target motor speed, an actual motor speed, and an engine speed. When the estimated motor current exceeds the upper limit value equivalent to a heat generation limiting current, the motor current is restricted by restricting a variation (motor speed F/B amount) in target motor speed outputted to an EDU from an ECU. Thereby, the heat value of motor may not exceed the heat generation limit, and it can be prevented that the coil temperature of motor exceeds an allowable temperature range. A durability deterioration and failure of motor can be prevented.

摘要: A system such as an accounting system providing highly reliable continuous operation services at low cost. The system is configured to transfer data asynchronously between a main system that operates in daytime mode and a subsystem that operates in nighttime mode. A sub-database receives and stores only data required in transactions performed in nighttime mode from the main system and its main database. The subsystem, which is responsible for performing processes in nighttime mode, transfers a log of transactions performed in nighttime mode to the main system through a subsystem queuing box on returning to the daytime mode and data re-processed by a main processor in the main system is stored in the main database based on the transaction log.

摘要: In a system, utilized in, e.g., scheduling, for satisfying constraints by allowing relaxation of constraints, a constraint relaxation necessity detection section detects necessity of constraint relaxation in a problem solving cycle of a problem solving section. When the necessity of constraint relaxation is detected, a relaxation target constraint selection section is enabled to select a constraint to be relaxed from a constraint group. A constraint relaxation section searches a constraint relaxation knowledge management section in association with the selected constraint to check if a partial solution satisfies a relaxation permission condition. If the relaxation permission condition is satisfied, constraint relaxation is attempted according to a relaxation method recorded in correspondence with the relaxation permission condition. When the constraint relaxation is executed, the constraint relaxation necessity detection section checks if the constraint relaxation is successful, and the control returns to the problem solving cycle of the problem solving section.
