摘要： A photopolymerizable composition is described, comprising an addition polymerizable unsaturated compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds per molecule, a photopolymerization initiator, and a binder, wherein said binder is a copolymer represented by formula (I) ##STR1## wherein Ar.sup.1 and Ar.sup.2 each represent a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; and n.sub.1, n.sub.2, n.sub.3, and n.sub.4 each represents mol % of the respective repeating unit, wherein n.sub.1 is from 0 to about 70; n.sub.2 is from 0 to about 70; n.sub.3 is from about 5 to 50; and n.sub.4 is from about 5 to 50; provided that n.sub.1 and n.sub.2 are not 0 at the same time, the sum of n.sub.3 and n.sub.4 is from about 30 to 80. The composition is useful as an alkali-developable light-sensitive layer which provides a photosensitive dry film resist having excellent performance characteristics.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition is described, comprising an addition polymerizable unsaturated compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds in the molecule, a photopolymerzation initiator, and a binder, said binder being a copolymer composed of at least one recurring unit of group (A), at least one recurring unit of group (B), and at least can recurring unit of group (C), and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 5,000,000, wherein(A) is a methacrylate or benzyl methacrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of higher than 50.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms,(B) is an acrylate unit having a glass transition point of the homopolymer of lower than 110.degree. C. and having an alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and(C) is an .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid unit, and whereinthe content of the component of group (A) is from 5 to 70 mol %, the content of the component of group (B) is from 5 to 70 mol %, and the content of the component of group (C) is from 20 to 60 mol %, provided that the total content of the components of groups (A), (B) and (C) is 100 mol %.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition is described, comprising (1) a non-gaseous ethylenically unsaturated compound which has at least two ethylenically unsaturated terminal groups and is capable of forming a polymer, (2) a thermoplastic polymeric binder, (3) a photopolymerization initiator which is activated by actinic radiation, and (4) at least one of certain heterocyclic compounds. The composition is useful as a photoresist for producing printed circuit boards, printing plates, etc., by etching or plating, and the photoresist has superior adhesion with respect to the base.

摘要： A photopolymerizable composition which comprises as main ingredients (1) a non-gaseous ethylenic unsaturated compound which has at least two ethylenic unsaturated groups and forms a polymer by the aid of a photopolymerization initiator, (2) a thermoplastic organic polymer binder, (3) a photopolymerization initiator which is activated by activating light, and (4) a derivative of a thiohydrazide compound or at least one derivative of a carbothio acid amide. This composition forms a photoresist for producing printed circuit boards, printing plates, etc., by etching or plating. The photoresist has superior adhesion with respect to the base.

摘要： A silver halide sensor type polymerizable light-sensitive material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a support having a silver halide photographic emulsion layer and a polymerizing layer adjacent to the emulsion layer. The polymerizing layer contains a nongaseous ethylenically unsaturated compound capable of undergoing addition polymerization upon reduction of the silver halide with a reducing compound. The material is capable of producing printing plates having good inking property and good printing durability. The material maintains the sensitivity and high resolving power of a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material.
