摘要： To resolve a problem of decreasing a heat exchange rate of a refrigerating cycle owing to a large amount of a refrigerator oil delivered from a discharge pipe to the refrigerating cycle, there is provided a sealed compressor driven by a motor having a compressor unit and a motor unit in which a ring is provided at an outer periphery of a coil end of a stator on a side of the compressor unit to reduce the amount of delivering the refrigerator oil to the refrigerating cycle and a shape of a balance weight of a rotor on the side of the compressor unit is formed in a cylindrical shape a portion of a side face of which is opened and an end face of which is flat to thereby reduce stirring of fluid.

At the opening 80, a damper 91 is arranged for adjusting the opening rate of the opening 80, which is driven by a predetermined driving member 92. During a cooling cycle running of a freezing cycle, the opening rate of the opening 80 and/or the devices included in the freezing cycle such as a compressor, blower and expansion valve are controlled alone or in combination so that the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 40 is lower than a dew point temperature of the indoor air.

摘要： In a visual inspection method and apparatus, a picture processing unit converts an original picture, obtained by taking a photograph of a BGA illuminated by a ring illuminator from above, by using a camera, and labels a binary picture obtained by this binary conversion. Then, it forms a circumscribing rectangle circumscribing an outer circumference of a labeling picture obtained by the labeling, and inverts a labeling picture within the formed rectangle, and removes a portion of a region formed by the outer circumference and the circumscribing rectangle in a picture obtained by the inversion, and then generates an inspection picture by adding a picture obtained by the removal to the labeling picture, and accordingly judges a pass or rejection of the inspection target sample based on the generated inspection picture. Thus, the inspection can be carried out at a high accuracy irrespectively of a low cost.

摘要： A heat exchanger includes a plurality of tubes, a pair of header pipes, partition walls, an inlet connector block and an outlet connector block. The plurality of tubes have one ends connected to one header pipe and other ends connected to the other header pipe. The header pipe internally has a pipe-inside flow-through bore. The partition wall is internally formed in each header pipe to divide the pipe-inside flow-through bore into two regions. Each header pipe has a block connector bore opening at an outer side wall opposing to an area to which the tubes are connected and opening to the pipe-inside flow-though bore by cutting out a portion of the partition wall. The inlet connector block is connected to the block connector bore of one header pipe to admit coolant to flow in. The outlet connector block is connected to the block connector bore of the other header pipe to permit coolant to flow out.

Thus, this can provide an appearance inspection apparatus and an appearance inspection method that can execute an appearance inspection at a high speed, irrespectively of a simple configuration.
