    摘要: Disclosed is a glass-ceramic product having a chemical composition, as expressed in terms of oxides with the exception of F, in the weight range of 35 to 60% SiO.sub.2, 10 to 20% Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, 12 to 25% MgO, 5 to 15% K.sub.2 O and 4 to 15% F, containing no B.sub.2 O.sub.3, and containing 40 to 70% by weight of fluorophlogopite microcrystals. This glass-ceramic product has a flexural strength of not less than 1500 kgf/cm.sup.2, a heat resistance of about 1100.degree. C., excellent dielectric properties and good machinability, and is a material capable of extending the range of use of high performance ceramics.The aforesaid glass-ceramic product can be made by dissolving, in a solvent consisting essentially of a polar solvent, compounds (consisting largely of alkoxide compounds) of the metallic components and a fluorine compound in such proportions as to give a final product having the aforesaid chemical composition, hydrolyzing these compounds, dehydrating and drying the resulting gel, and heat-treating the resulting dry solid.

    摘要: A hand-held game apparatus and a game program are provided which allow a user to play a game while going back and forth between a narrow-range image and a broad-range image of map. The user can manipulate a touch panel which mounted on a display section for displaying the broad-range image. If the user manipulates the touch panel to point to a coordinate position on the broad-range image, thus designating coordinates for the narrow-range image, a changed narrow-range is displayed. If the user indicates a moving direction on the broad-range image, thus designating a scroll direction, the displayed broad-range image is moved (scrolled).

    摘要: Cross-liked resins exhibiting a high level of optical transparency and little variation of refractive index with temperature are prepared using mixtures of two organosiloxane resins in combination with a reinforcing silica filler. The types and relative concentrations of hydrocarbon radicals in the resins are within specified limits to obtain the required optical properties and each resin contains groups that react with groups on the other resin to form a crosslinked network.

    摘要: Using a silicon-containing carbon-based composite material represented by the compositional formula: SiOxCyHz. In this formula, “x” is from 0.8 to 1.7, “y” is from 1.4 to 7.5, and “z” is from 0.3 to 1.3. The composite material is preferably obtained by: obtaining a cured product by crosslinking (A) a crosslinkable group-containing organic compound, and (B) a silicon-containing compound capable of crosslinking the crosslinkable group-containing organic compound, and heat treating the obtained cured product. The composite material of the present invention has high reversible capacity and stable charge and discharge cycle characteristics, and has high initial charge and discharge efficiency. Therefore, the composite material of the present invention is suitable for an electrode of an electricity storage device, particularly of a lithium or lithium-ion secondary battery.
