摘要: A sample injection port 10 for injecting a sample into a chromatograph or other devices is composed of a body 13 made of an inelastic material, a first seal member 14 made of an elastic material and attached to one end of the body part 13, and a second seal member 15 made of an elastic material and attached to the other end of the body part 13. A first through hole formed in the first seal member 14, a second through hole formed in the second seal member 15 and a third through hole formed in the body part 13 are coaxially connected to form an introduction hole for sample injection. With this construction, a sample injection port which has a small inner diameter, is easy to manufacture, and yet capable of achieving a high pressure resistance can be provided.

摘要: The present invention provides: a coating composition, with which a 1-coat finish of plastic materials such as polyolefin materials can be performed, and which is aqueous and can be baked at 70° C. for 5 min. to have the following performance: high adhesion, excellent beef tallow resistance and alkaline resistance; and a coated article. The aqueous coating composition comprises: a poly(propylene chloride) resin emulsion including an poly(propylene chloride) resin which has a chlorine content of 15 to 25 weight % and a maleic anhydride moiety content of 1.0 to 5.0 weight %; an acrylic resin emulsion including an acrylic resin which is obtained by modifying the poly(propylene chloride) resin of 0 to 30 weight % and has a glass transition temperature of not lower than 90° C.; a polycarbodiimide crosslinking agent; and a resin powder. An article is coated with the above aqueous coating composition.

Thus, a local load acting on the rotor during a high-pressure liquid-feeding process is reduced.

摘要: A needle adaptor mounted to one of a plurality of pipe connecting ports provided to a flow path switching valve to form an injection port into which a needle is inserted to inject a sample from a tip end of the needle is described. The needle adaptor comprises a dummy pipe having the same outer diameter as a normal pipe connected to the flow path switching valve, a port fixing portion for fixing the dummy pipe to the port, a needle seal for retaining the tip end of the needle to connect the needle and the dummy pipe and a needle seal housing mounted to the port fixing portion to retain the needle seal. The port fixing portion has the same shape as a port fixing portion of a pipe connecting member for connecting the normal pipe to the pipe connecting port.

摘要: A sample introduction method for reducing carry-over is provided. After a sample introduction device in a total volume injection method draws a proper amount of a sample solution from a sample container and further draws a solution with the same composition as a mobile phase solution with a needle 24, the needle 24 is inserted into an injection port 25. When flow paths are switched to communicate a liquid feeder, a sample loop 23, the needle 24, the injection port 25, and a separation/detection section, the solution with the same composition as the mobile phase solution is forced into a gap between the injection port 25 and the needle 24. Therefore, the samples squeezed out of a tip section of the needle 24 during the switching of the flow paths are prevented from being forced into the gap between the needle 24 and the injection port 25.

摘要: In order to improve the durability of a rotor, a flow channel switching valve is provided, which includes a stator having a contact plane and a rotor having a contact plane. The stator has circulation openings on the contact plane, and the circulation openings are respectively connected to a plurality of flow channels. The rotor has at least one groove for communicating two of the circulation openings of the stator. The rotor is forced to press against the contact plane of the stator to rotationally slide, so as to switch the circulation openings of the stator that need to be communicated. Polishing is performed on the contact plane of the stator after being applied with a diamond like carbons coating. Furthermore, the contact plane of the rotor is made of a resin.
