    摘要: There are provided a magnetic thin film utilizing a granular film and having excellent high frequency characteristics and a method of manufacturing the same, and a multilayered magnetic film and magnetic components and electronic equipment utilizing the same.A nonreactive sputtering is performed so that there is no oxidation of a magnetic metal, and a saturation magnetization is increased to increase a resonant frequency of permeability. Also, a multi-target simultaneous sputtering is combined with the nonreactive sputtering so that in a granular structure including magnetic grains and an insulating layer a size of the magnetic grains and a thickness of the insulating layer are optimized thereby ensuring a proper magnitude for a crystalline magnetic anisotropy within the grains and excellent soft magnetic properties. Further, the optimization of the thickness of the insulating layer has the effect of improving a resistivity, decreasing an eddy current and improving an exchange interaction between the magnetic grains.

    摘要: A laminated magnetic thin film has a laminated structure in which insulating layers and granular layers are formed alternately on a substrate. The insulating layers are formed of SiO2 films. The granular layers are formed of FeNiSiO films and have a structure in which an insulator is present in grain boundaries so as to wrap magnetic particles. It is possible to improve insulating properties of the insulating layers and the insulators and increase resistivity thereof by heating the substrate at the time of film formation. It is possible to control deterioration of a magnetic characteristic due to an increase in a resistivity and realize both a high magnetic characteristic and a high resistivity by changing thicknesses of the insulating layers and the magnetic layers and a ratio of the magnetic particles to the insulator to optimize a diameter of the magnetic particles having a composition within a predetermined range.

    摘要: A transmission cable and method for manufacturing same are provided. A plurality of signal lines are formed on one side of an insulating layer and ground lines are formed between the signal lines. The ground lines are electrically connected with a shield layer formed on a back surface of the insulating layer through metal bumps formed and embedded in the insulating layer. Insulating layers and shield layers may be formed on opposite sides sandwiching the signal lines and the ground lines. In this case, the ground lines are electrically connected with the shield layers, respectively, through metal bumps on both sides thereof. Consequently, a highly reliable transmission cable capable of high rate transfer and large capacity transfer can be provided.

The passages are each configured such that the ink entered an inlet pore is diverted from a single perpendicular to the drum at least once, and then flows out via at least one of outlet pores.     摘要: Video signals representative of photographic images which are stored in a plurality of substantially equally dimensioned frames in horizontal and vertical positions are produced by picking up the images. A first signal indicative of a horizontal/vertical position and a top-bottom orientation of the photographic image stored in any of the frames is entered. The photographic image is rotated relatively in response to the first signal. For a vertically positioned image, a video signal is produced which is representative of the image with a magnification which is smaller than that of a horizontally positioned image. Such a procedure provides a video signal which represents an image in a non-inverted top-bottom orientation without any essential portions of the image being omitted.

    摘要: A transmission cable and method for manufacturing same are provided. A plurality of signal lines are formed on one side of an insulating layer and ground lines are formed between the signal lines.
