摘要: A tensioner device 14 for an engine 1 comprises a support member 16, a blade shoe 17 coming into sliding contact with a timing chain 11 having a base end section 17a held by a cylinder block 3 and a tip end section 17b supported by the support member 16, and a leaf spring 18 held by the blade shoe 1 for pressing the blade shoe 17 against the timing chain 11 elastically. The support member 16 is formed integrally with the cylinder block 3. The tip end section 17b comes into sliding contact with a guide surface 16a formed on the support member 16 to be supported.

摘要: A blade tensioner of a blade tensioner system for a chain that drivingly connects a drive shaft to a driving shaft in an engine, that improves the chain-damping efficiency in a blade tensioner applied to the chain within an engine, prevents the sideways tilt of the blade tensioner during operation, in a blade tensioner applied to the chain in an engine, and provides a blade tensioner with a functionality that allows it to transversely guide a chain along the chain sliding face in a blade shoe, while maintaining the flexural deformability (i.e., the flexibility) of the blade shoe.

摘要: A collecting exhaust port 18 provided in a cylinder head 12 is comprised of exhaust port sections 46 extending from exhaust valve bores 35 in cylinders 14, and an exhaust collecting section 47 in which the exhaust port sections 46 are collected. The cylinder head 12 includes a protrusion 49 projecting in an arch shape outside a side wall 111 of a cylinder block 11. The exhaust collecting section 47 of the collecting exhaust port 18 directly faces an inner surface of a side wall 12 of the protrusion 49. Water jackets J2 and J3 for cooling the protrusion 49 are provided in upper and lower surfaces of the protrusion 49 having the collecting exhaust port 18 defined therein. The water jackets J2 and J3 are not provided between the side wall 121 of the protrusion 49 and the exhaust collecting section 47. Thus, the compact cylinder head 12 having the collecting exhaust port 18 integrally provided therein can be formed, while avoiding the complication of the structure of a core.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to facilitate an appropriate oil supply to the tensioner without a complex apparatus. A valve chamber 3A is formed in a cylinder head 3 which is connected to a cylinder block 2. An opening 23—for discharging the oil in the valve chamber 3A into a chain case 6 which is placed on the side of the cylinder block 2—is formed on a chain case mounting surface 20. Inside the chain case 6 on the chain case mounting surface 20 of the cylinder block 2 are placed a timing chain 15 and a tensioner 30 for applying tension to the timing chain 15. An oil dropping rib 24 for guiding the oil discharged through the opening 23 to the tensioner 30 is provided on the chain case mounting surface 20.

摘要: A replaceable tool is comprised of a tool holder forming a hole providing an engageable ditch on the insert end of the shank, a fitted hole for detachably fitting the shank of this tool holder therein and a sleeve providing a plurality of locking balls to be engaged and removed from the fitted ditch of the tool holder in the fitted hole. In the interior of the fitted hole of the sleeve, the locking balls are pressed on the engageable ditch and the draw collar for applying attraction in the axial direction of the sleeve is slidably provided. When the shank of the tool holder is fitted in the fitted hole of the sleeve, the head portion end of the tool holder is designed to be pressed on the end flange portion of the fitted hole of the sleeve, and when the draw collar is pulled in the axial direction of the sleeve, the shank portion is expanded through locking balls so as to be pressed on the inner wall surface of the fitted hole of the sleeve.

摘要: A method of processing the water in a large water region such as a river, dam, lake and marsh is in which a local water processing area is provided for water cleaning, aerating and other purposes, the local water processing area being delimited by a produced water flow produced specific depth and width of the large water region and separating the local water processing area from the remainder of the large water region.The local water processing area may be delimited and separated by a water flow wall or barrier produced by a jet of water or a jet of air, thereby eliminating the need for any physical barrier such as sheet piles or other permanent structure and yet maintaining the continuity between the local water processing area and the rest of the large water region. In addition, the method allows the produced water flow to be localized, providing several advantages over the conventional methods in terms of the obstacleless navigation and less costly implementation.

摘要: This invention relates to an apparatus for the continuous preparation of aqueous solution of slaked lime solids with fresh water. The apparatus comprises a main vessel having an inverted truncated cone including a smallest and closed bottom. There is provided a dispenser for supplying material slaked lime solids to said main vessel at or nearly at the top end thereof from above, and a constant headed fresh water reservoir for supplying fresh water to the main vessel at a place selected therein in close proximity to the smallest bottom through a piping. A flow rate adjusting means is arranged in this piping. At least a mechanical or fluid agitator is provided at a close proximity to the vessel bottom. Means for the take-up of the formed product solution in an overflowing manner from the main vessel is provided at the top thereof.
