摘要: A polyolefin composition comprising (a) polyolefin, (b) vegetable fibers mainly composed of cellulose fibers, and (c) a deodorizer selected from the group consisting of a combination of a metallic soap and an amine antioxidant, activated carbon, zeolite and a phosphorus compound. Because of the deodorizer, the polyolefin composition has substantially no odor without sacrificing mechanical properties thereof. Accordingly, it may be used suitably for car parts required to have high mechanical strength with substantially no odor, such as unit cases of air conditioners.

摘要: (A) polypropylene (10-90 weight part), (B) halogenated butyl rubber (90-10 weight part, (A)+(B)=100 weight part), (C) olefinic rubber (10-120 weight part) and (D) mineral oil softening agent (5-120 weight part) are heated in the presence of (E) metal oxide and/or metal chloride. To 100 weight part of the resulting composition are added, (F) polyolefin (100-600 weight part) and (G) vulcanizable olefinic rubber (50-500 weight part) and the components are mixed and heated in the presence of (H) organic peroxide. The resulting thermoplastic elastomer composition has good paintability, moldability, compatibility, low temperature impact strength, and especially high stiffness at elevated temperature.

In a tractor in which the outside air which is purified through a precleaner is further purified through an air cleaner before the outside air is supplied to an engine, a radiator is arranged in front of the engine, the precleaner is arranged in front of the radiator, and the engine, the radiator and the precleaner are covered with a bonnet, the precleaner is arranged such that the interior of at least a dust collecting/storing portion of the precleaner is viewable from the outside in a see-through manner, and the bonnet includes a viewing portion through which the interior of the dust collecting/storing section is viewable.

摘要: An ultrasonic inspection apparatus obtains information on the interface of a sample as digital waveform data for any “unit measurement range” and is provided with at least two data memories and controlled by a scan state monitoring signal showing the scan state of a unit measurement range belonging to a first group or a unit measurement range belonging to a second group. A comparator-register/memory-control-circuit outputs the scan state monitoring signal to the two data memories. The operating states of the two data memories being controlled by the scan state monitoring signal to alternate between writing of digital waveform data and readout of digital waveform data.

摘要: In a method of bonding ferric and austenitic dual stainless steels, an insert material made of a Ni base alloy having a melting point below 1290.degree. C. is put between the bonding cross section faces of mother material steels comprising a dual phase stainless steel. A pressure force in the range of 3 MPa to 5 MPa is applied to a bonding area. The bonding area is heated at a temperature in the range of 1290.degree. C. to a melting point of the mother material steel. The temperature is kept for in the range of 30 second to 180 second.
