    摘要: A hip-joint endoprosthesis is provided which has a prosthesis head (5) that can be medio-laterally displaced parallel to a tangent that rests on the lateral edge of the proximal femoral infundibulum of the hip-joint (b) and contacts the inner contour of the curved neck of the femur (b'). This hip-joint endoprosthesis allows the centre of rotation of the hip-joint to be reproducibly adjusted by means of an adjustable head (5). Toothings (12, 13, 15, 16) ensure a (fine) stepped adjustability of the displacement in the medio-lateral direction (B--B') and of the rotation around an axis (A--A) that is perpendicular to the plane of displacement (B--B'). Securing is allowed by a single screw (10) that braces the engaged toothings (12, 13, 15, 16) against each other. The height of the joint ball (6) mounted on the prosthesis head (5) via a cone (17) can be adjusted by joint balls (6) having pressed-in cones of varying depths.

The cross-section of the femur stem twists from its proximal to its distal region in such a way that the transverse-oval cross-section in the proximal region turns towards the distal direction such that the cross-section is sagittal-oval in the distal region. The femur stem according to the invention can easily be introduced into the medullary canal and is optimally adapted to the shape of the medullary canal.

The filter can be manufactured by forming a three-dimensional framework made of the filter material around particles, which serve as space retainers for the porosity, and subsequently removing the particles. The filter according to the invention consists of biologically inert material which does not harm the mucous membrane. When used as a nose filter, the filter keeps the breathing air free of particles and harmful gases.

    摘要: The object of this invention is a bone cement comprising a mixture of polyacrylate and/or polymethacrylate pre-polymers, monomeric acrylic and/or methacrylic acid derivatives, a polymerization catalyst and possibly a stabilizing agent and an accelerator, and a process for the preparation and application thereof. In the bone cement of the invention, the pre-polymer is a mixture of 5-50% by weight of polyacrylate and/or polymethacrylate fibers with a length of greater than 2 mm and up to 15 mm and a thickness of 50-750 .mu.m, and 50-95% by weight of polyacrylate and/or polymethacrylate pearl polymers consisting of 1-140 .mu.m polymer beads, preferably between 30 and 40 .mu.m as uniform in size as possible, the surface of which is advantageously enlarged by mechanical and/or chemical treatment. The prepolymer may also consist entirely of bead-shaped particles.
