摘要: A method of attaching a mold releasing agent to a molding die, a molding apparatus and a molding die therefor are disclosed. A fixed die (11) of the molding die (1) is connected to the nozzle receiving surface of a molding cavity (10) facing a material supplying nozzle. The mold releasing agent is attached to the material contacting surface (100) of the molding die (1) in such a manner that the fixed die (11) and a movable die (12) are arranged in opposed relation to each other with a gap therebetween less than a distance which allows release of a molded product, and under this condition, the mold releasing agent is supplied to the material contacting surface (100) through the gap between the material supplying nozzle (31) and the nozzle receiving surface (131).

摘要: A counter counts a clock signal. A multiplexer sequentially inputs digital input signals each having a plurality of bits in accordance with an output signal from the counter. A subtracter subtracts a quantized output signal delayed by an n-clock delay element from the input signal. An integrator integrates an output signal from the subtracter. The quantizer quantizes an output from the integrator. The n-clock delay element delays the output signal from the quantizer by n clocks and supplies the delayed signal to the subtracter. A demultiplexer sequentially outputs output signals from the quantizer in accordance with the output signal from the counter. This demultiplexer outputs signals in the input order of the multiplexer.

摘要: According to the present invention, between the mold-clamping process S1 in which the mold 1 is closed and the injection-pressure increase (solidifying) process S3, the gate-melting process for heating the hot runner 21 to melt the plug (metallic material) of the gate 27, the mold-lubricant coating process for spraying the lubricant onto the wall surface of the cavity 10, and the material-metering process are simultaneously carried out in parallel to each other. Thus, the molding cycle time can be reduced to a great extent.

摘要: A process for providing a coating on a surface of a substrate made of magnesium or magnesium alloy has a step of heating the substrate in a humidified atmosphere therein. It is desirable that the atmosphere has a temperature between 50 and 450 degrees centigrade and a relative humidity between 50 and 100%. It is also desirable that the atmosphere has a pressure between 1.0×105 and 1.0×106 Pa. Further, it is desirable that a thickness of the coating is between 3 and 50 μm. The surface treatment process is suitable for forming a vehicular part such as an ECU case.
