    摘要: Channel data obtained from a reproduced signal is input to a demodulation ROM as an address and demodulated. In the demodulated channel data, the data whose data pattern is not consistent with a 2-7 modulation method is recognized as an error data. When a resync code, given in the channel data at every 15 bytes is not detected within a predetermined time period, a resync code undetected signal is generated. The demodulated data is arranged in a matrix, and the position of the error data in the matrix and the resync code undetected generation position are specified. An error correction circuit carries out the error correction (erasure correction) by using these positions and an error correction code relating to one direction of a row or a column of the matrix.

    摘要: In a signal processing apparatus a synchronizer acquires synchronization with the spreading code of an intermediate frequency signal converted from a signal received from a satellite in a global positioning system. A demodulator then demodulates a message contained in the intermediate frequency signal. A measuring unit outputs a primary signal to a predetermined signal line, the primary signal expressing positioning results for the apparatus as measured on the basis of the demodulated message. A secondary signal output unit attaches a predetermined header to a secondary signal and outputs the result to the predetermined signal line, the secondary signal containing at least the intermediate frequency signal, or a signal generated from the intermediate frequency signal.

    摘要: A p-type base layer shaped like a well is formed for each of IGBT cells, and a p+-type collector layer and an n+-type cathode layer are formed on a surface opposite to a surface on which the p-type base layer is formed so as to be situated just below the p-type base layer. The p-type base layer of each of the IGBT cells includes a flat region including an emitter region and a bottom surface penetrated by a main trench, and first and second side diffusion regions between which the flat region is interposed. The first side diffusion region is situated just above the n+-type cathode layer and each of the bottom surfaces of the side diffusion regions forms a parabola-shaped smooth curve in longitudinal section. By replacing the p+-type collector layer with the n+-type cathode layer, it is possible to apply features of the above structure to a power MOSFET.
