摘要: A modifying agent, a modified conjugated diene polymer prepared using the same, a method for preparing a modified conjugated diene polymer, and a rubber composition including a modified conjugated diene polymer are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a modifying agent comprises a compound represented by formula 1. The modifying agent is capable of improving processability of a rubber composition including the polymer prepared using the modifying agent. Fuel consumption properties of a car using tires including the rubber composition may be improved.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, and more particularly, provides a method for preparing a modified conjugated diene-based polymer including a step of polymerizing a conjugated diene-based monomer in the presence of an organometal compound in a hydrocarbon solvent to prepare an active polymer which is coupled with an organometal (S1); and a step of reacting or coupling the active polymer prepared in step (S1) with a modifier (S2), wherein step (S1) is continuously performed in two or more polymerization reactors, and a polymerization conversion ratio in a first reactor among the polymerization reactors is 50% or less.

摘要: The present invention relates to a rubber modifier, a conjugated diene-based polymer including a functional group derived from the modifier, and a method for preparing a modified and conjugated diene-based polymer using the modifier. The modifier is used as the modifier of a conjugated diene-based polymer and combined with a conjugated diene-based polymer chain to easily introduce a functional group having affinity with a filler. Accordingly, a modified and conjugated diene-based polymer prepared using a compound of the rubber modifier may have excellent affinity with a filler, and as a result, molded articles (for example, tires) manufactured from a rubber composition including the polymer may have excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and wet traction.

摘要: The present invention provides a modified conjugated diene-based polymer which includes a functional group derived from a substituted styrene-based compound and a functional group derived from an aminosilane-based compound, a method for preparing the same, and a rubber composition including the same. The modified conjugated diene-based polymer includes the functional group derived from an aminosilane-based compound of Formula 1 and a functional group derived from a substituted styrene-based compound of Formula 2 at both terminals of a main chain, and thus, shows a high modification ratio. When applying the polymer in a rubber composition, excellent affinity with a filler may be shown, and as a result, agglomeration of a filler in the rubber composition may be prevented, and the dispersibility of the filler may be increased, thereby improving the processability of the rubber composition.
