    摘要: A fuel supply device, which serves to predetermine a fuel quantity that is proportional to the aspirated air quantity, and also serves to spread the air-fuel mixture. The fuel supply device includes an air metering device, which is arranged in the air intake manifold of the internal combustion engine and activates a fuel metering device, which has a control slit that opens a control groove by a varying amount. The control slit and the control groove are rotatable relative to each other, and the control groove has at least one control edge, which overlaps the control slit and is formed at an angle relative to the axis of rotation. The control slit is arranged in a guide sleeve and the control groove is arranged in a rotatable sleeve mounted in the guide sleeve with the rotatable sleeve being arbitrarily shifted relative to the guide sleeve. A connecting tube is arranged between the rotatable sleeve and the mounting axis of the air metering device, by means of which the metered fuel can be fed to a nozzle arranged on the air flow rate meter. For a better mixture spreading effect, air can be fed to the metered fuel through a filter composed of a fine-meshed web.

    摘要: A pivoting member, especially the air flow rate meter of an internal combustion engine is disposed on a hub which surrounds a locally fixed shaft. Extending inwardly from the hub is a protrusion, for example a pin, which penetrates an opening in the wall of the shaft which is hollow at this point due to a blind bore extending axially into the shaft. The protrusion is held between two balls or rollers which are located in the blind bore and held in position by cooperation of a spring and an adjustment screw. The adjustment screw has a counter nut which bears on the end face of the shaft and also has gear teeth which engage a first set of threads of a pinion. The pinion has another set of threads of opposite and slightly different pitch so that rotation of the pinion causes differential rotation of the counter nut and permits very precise axial positioning of the hub which carries the pivoting member.

    摘要: An actuating device is proposed which is used to adjust a throttle valve disposed in the intake tube of an internal combustion engine. The actuating device includes a gas pedal adapted to engage an actuating lever, which is supported rotatably relative to a throttle valve shaft, so as to pivot counter to the force of a restoring spring. Connected to the actuating lever is a follow-up drawing spring, which is secured with one end to an intermediate lever provided with a cam disk having a curved camming surface which surface a lever arm is supported so as to operate a damper element. The intermediate lever is rotatably supported with respect to the throttle valve shaft and with a coupling stop engages a throttle valve lever, which is connected to the throttle valve shaft such that relative rotation between them is prevented. An idling actuator also engages the throttle valve lever. The sliding-link mechanism is disposed by way of example on a throttle valve assembly and includes a variable-fulcrum lever, which is firmly connected to a shaft and has a kidney-shaped oblong slot groove, which is engaged by a roller rotatably supported on a shaft. The shaft is secured on a roller lever, which with a hub is seated on an eccentric sleeve, which can be rotatable about a shaft secured to the throttle valve assembly. The eccentric sleeve and the hub have meshing teeth which by axial displacement relative to one another become disengaged, so that by rotating the eccentric sleeve the position of the roller lever relative to the variable-fulcrum lever can be varied in such a way that in the outset position the roller comes to rest on the end of the oblong slot groove. Subsequently the eccentric sleeve is displaced axially relative to the hub in such a way that the teeth mesh with one another and the eccentric sleeve is fixed on the hub.

    摘要: An inductive displacement transducer is proposed which serves to convert a mechanical movement into an electrical signal and in particular, in order to measure the fuel consumption of an internal combustion engine, the transducer ascertains the movement of an air flow rate meter disposed in the intake tube of the engine. The displacement transducer includes a core comprising two E-shaped sets of arms disposed symmetrically relative to one another, of which one set of arms serves as the measuring arm set, the middle arm of which is surrounded on one end by a measuring magnetic coil and on the other end by a measuring short-circuit ring connected with the air flow rate meter, and the other set of arms acts as a reference arm set, the middle arm of which is surrounded on one end by a reference magnetic coil and on the other end by a fixed reference short-circuit ring.
