摘要:
Fumaric acid is produced by reacting a culture of a microorganism which produces maleate isomerase that exhibits a maximum activity at not less than 50.degree. C. or a treated product thereof with maleic acid in an aqueous solution, and isomerizing maleic acid to produce fumaric acid. L-aspartic acid is produced by reacting both of a culture of a microorganism which produces maleate isomerase or a treated product thereof and a culture of a microorganism which produces aspartase or a treated product thereof with maleic acid and ammonia in an aqueous solution, producing L-aspartic acid from maleic acid and ammonia by enzyme reactions, and recovering L-aspartic acid from the reaction mixture.
摘要:
Microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas containing aspartate beta-decarboxylase at a high level are produced by culturing said microorganism in a medium supplemented with a chelating agent. L-Alanine can be efficiently produced from L-aspartic acid said microorganisms or the treated product thereof.
摘要:
Fumaric acid is produced by reacting maleic acid in an aqueous solution with a microorganism which has maleate isomerase activity or with a preparation from the microorganism having the maleate isomerase activity, and producing fumaric acid in a reaction solution by enzymatic isomerization of maleic acid carried out under the condition that the dissolved oxygen concentration in the reaction solution is substantially maintained at 4 ppm or less, for example, by sealing the reaction solution with one or more gases selected from N.sub.2, Ar, and He.

There is disclosed a process for preparing indigo which comprises bringing an indigo-producing bacteria belonging to genus Acinetobacter or treated products thereof into contact with an aqueous solution containing at least indole to have indigo formed and accumulated in the aqueous solution; and collecting indigo from the aqueous solution.
摘要:
The present invention relates to a process for producing L-tryptophan in a single-stage reaction, comprising carrying out an L-tryptophan producing reaction with glycine, formaldehyde and indole as raw materials in an aqueous solution in the presence of microbial cells having serine transhydroxymethylase or a treated products thereof and microbial cells having tryptophan synthase or tryptophanase, or a treated products thereof; and collecting produced L-tryptophan from the reaction solution.

An osteotomy assistance kit includes a bone treatment assistance device and an attaching position confirmation device. The attaching position confirmation device includes a feature point indication rod to be applied via a tip portion to a feature point of the bone, a rod support unit that removably supports the feature point indication rod such that the tip portion is indicating the feature point of the bone, and a second support member that movably supports the rod support unit and indicates one of scales on the rod support unit. The bone treatment assistance device includes cutting slits, and first guide holes that guides first rods set to a predetermined positional relation. The second support member of the attaching position confirmation device is attached to the protrusion of the bone treatment assistance device.
摘要:
A manufacturing method of a bone cutting assist device includes generating a bone cutting assist device model representing the bone cutting assist device including a fitting surface that fits a surface of a bone model, a cutting slit that guides a cutting jig, a first guide hole for inserting a first rod model, and second guide holes for inserting second rod models. The manufacturing method also includes outputting three-dimensional manufacturing data representing the generated bone cutting assist device model, and manufacturing the bone cutting assist device according to the outputted three-dimensional manufacturing data.

In order to melt snow and prevent freezing without consuming energy wastefully and to monitor a road surface state remotely, a road surface sensor includes: a rotating stand provided so as to be reciprocatingly rotatable upward on the road surface; a snow-melting/freezing heat quantity measurement dummy road surface having an electric heater buried therein and to use as a reference road surface for heat quantity measurement to derive a melting heat quantity for snow falling on the surface and a heat quantity required for freezing prevention; a reference light irradiating/reflected light receiving device that is attached so as to be rotatable with the rotating stand; a space reflected light receiving device; a non-contact road temperature measuring device; a non-contact snow cover depth measuring device; a road surface image pickup device; and a moisture sensor. The reference light irradiating/reflected light receiving device includes a reference light irradiating device for irradiating reference light and a reflected light receiving device for receiving reflected light of the reference light from the road surface, and the reflected light receiving device separates and receives only reflected light of the reference light out of the reflected light from the road surface.
