    摘要: A method for producing a piezoelectric actuator has the following steps: providing a plurality of piezoelectric material layers (2) which can be assembled into a stack; applying electrode layers (3) each having a recess (4, 4′) to the plurality of piezoelectric material layers, such that an alternating sequence of piezoelectric material layers and electrode layers is formed in the stack, wherein electrode layers with a recess (4) in a first recess zone and electrode layers with a recess (4′) in a second recess zone which differs from the first recess zone are alternatingly formed in the stack; and providing a stress-relieving material (5) in the first and second recesses, the stress-relieving material exhibiting electrically insulating properties after the stack is sintered, and preventing the individual material layers from adhering to one another.

    摘要: A method for performing on-board functional diagnostics on a soot sensor of a vehicle and/or for detecting further components in the soot in a motor vehicle having an internal combustion engine. The soot sensor is electrically connected to an evaluation circuit with is permanently installed in the motor vehicle. In order to specify a method for performing functional diagnostics on a soot sensor and/or for detecting further components in the soot, with which method it is possible to detect a faulty soot sensor and/or further components in the soot in a cost-effective way, the evaluation circuit measures the temperature coefficient of the soot sensor and detects the defectiveness of the soot sensor and/or the presence of further components in the soot on the basis of the temperature coefficient of the soot sensor.

    摘要: An internal combustion engine includes at least two cylinders, an intake duct, an exhaust gas section and an exhaust gas recirculation line. The cylinders include a combustion chamber. The intake duct communicates with the combustion chambers via a cylinder inlet channel of the intake duct depending upon a switch position of a gas inlet valve. The exhaust gas section communicates with the combustion chambers depending upon a switch position of at least one gas outlet valve. Exhaust gas is guided back to the inlet channels via the exhaust gas recirculation line dependent upon a switch position of the exhaust gas recirculation valve. To detect a mixing air temperature in the inlet channels, a mixing air temperature sensor is provided. The determined mixing air temperatures are compared. Exhaust gas guided back due to uneven distribution is identified if a difference between the determined mixing air temperature is greater than a predetermined threshold value.

    摘要: An injector has a valve pin whose position is adjustable according to the pressure prevailing in a control chamber and which blocks a fluid flow through at least one injection port in a closed position. The injector has a control chamber that is hydraulically coupled to a high-pressure fluid reservoir, a piezo actuator, and a control valve which hydraulically connects and disconnects the control chamber, the piezo actuator acting upon said control valve. A combination of a triggering period for the piezo actuator and electric power that is to be fed to the piezo actuator is varied from a predefined initial combination to a target combination in which a pressure curve is detected that is characteristic of a movement of the control valve out of the closed position thereof without fluid being proportioned through the injection port.
