摘要: A piezoelectric/electrostrictive device includes a ceramic substrate and a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element formed on the ceramic substrate. The ceramic substrate includes fixed sections which have a large thickness, a pair of thin plate sections which are formed continuously from the fixed sections and which are thinner than the fixed sections, and movable sections which are provided at ends of the pair of thin plate sections. An additional member is used at least between the pair of thin plate sections and the movable sections. The additional member is a porous member or at least one columnar member.

摘要: The present invention provides a transparent electroconductive laminate having a combination of high transparency, small haze and sufficient lubricity; and a transparent touch panel comprising such a transparent electroconductive laminate. The transparent electroconductive laminate of the present invention comprises a transparent organic polymer substrate which has, on at least one surface thereof, a cured resin layer, and a transparent electroconductive layer in this order, and satisfies the following conditions (a) the cured resin layer contains a resin component and first ultrafine particles having an average primary particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm, (b) the resin component and the first ultrafine particles contain the same metal and/or metalloid element, and (c) in the cured resin layer, the content of the first ultrafine particles is from 0.01 to 3 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and (d) the cured resin layer has a thickness of 0.01 to 2 μm. The transparent touch panel of the present invention comprises the transparent electroconductive laminate of the present invention.

摘要: The present invention provides a transparent electroconductive laminate suitable for use in combination with a display device such as a liquid crystal display, and a transparent touch panel having the transparent electroconductive laminate. The transparent electroconductive laminate comprises a transparent organic polymer substrate 33 having, on at least one surface thereof, a hardcoat (HC) layer 33h, an optical interference layer 32, and a transparent electroconductive layer 31 in this order. The transparent electroconductive laminate satisfies the following conditions: the refractive indexes n3 and n3h of the transparent organic polymer substrate and the HC layer satisfy the following formula: |na−n3h|0.02, the thickness of the HC layer is from 1 to 10 μm, the thickness of the optical interference layer is from 5 to 500 nm, the thickness of the transparent electroconductive layer is from 5 to 200 nm, the total light transmittance is 85% or more, and the b* value is from −1.0 to less than 1.5 and the transparent touch panel has the transparent electroconductive laminate.

摘要: Disclosed is a transparent electroconductive laminate which achieves the required transparency or haze characteristic while having a desirable slipperiness in terms of handleability. Further disclosed is a transparent touch panel having said transparent electroconductive laminate. The transparent laminate (10) has a transparent organic polymer substrate (1), a transparent electroconductive layer (2) on one face of the transparent organic polymer substrate, and a cured resin layer (3) with a concavo-convex surface on the other face of the transparent organic polymer substrate, and the transparent touch panel has said transparent electroconductive laminate. The cured resin layer (3) has a concavo-convex surface by being formed from a coating composition which contains two types of polymerizable components which mutually phase-separate on the basis of the physical difference therebetween.
