    摘要： An image display system stereoscopically reproduces a visual scene and includes an image display unit with a pair of LCD panels each starting its operation in response to a start pulse received every vertical field of an input video signal; a source of input video signals representing right and left stereoscopic video images every field; a circuit for generating right and left start pulses, which are mutually in an opposite-phase relationship, in synchronism with the arrival of the right and left video images; and a driver for driving the pair of LCD panels by the right and left start pulses. The image display unit is shaped into a virtual viewer incorporated in a ski-goggle type frame which is adapted to be worn on a user's head. The video images displayed on the two LCD panels are refreshed alternately to obtain a flickerless image without the necessity of employing any particular circuit or terminal.

    摘要： A secondary battery for electronic appliance to be installed in an electronic appliance, thereby feeding an electric power to the electronic appliance is disclosed, which includes a cell stack of plural battery cells in each of which a positive electrode, a negative electrode and an electrolyte are accommodated in a pack, and a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal from the positive electrode and the negative electrode, respectively are lead out from the same side face of the pack, the battery cells being stacked such that the respective positive electrode terminals and negative electrode terminals are faced in the same direction; a metallic battery can in which one opening from which the cell stack is inserted is formed and which accommodates the cell stack therein such that the side face from which the respective positive electrode terminals and negative electrode terminals are lead out is faced towards the opening side; and a lid made of a synthetic resin in which terminal parts to be connected to the electrodes of the electronic appliance upon being connected to the respective positive electrode terminals and negative electrode terminals and being faced outwardly are provided and which plugs the opening of the battery can.

    摘要： A carrying system which may be utilized for carrying video cameras and accessories therefor comprises a main case and a plurality of accessory cases which interlock for carrying as a single unit. The main case includes clasps for releasably engaging linking straps which are provided on the accessory case for locking the accessory case to the main case. The accessory case is provided with, in addition to the linking straps, clasps like those on the main case so that a plurality of accessory cases may be joined together. Further, slots are provided on a portion of the accessory case such that free ends of the linking straps may be retained when the accessory case is carried alone, and so that the accessory case may be looped through the belt, or shoulder strap of a user for convenient carrying.
