摘要: A plurality of antenna elements, each of which has first and second linear conductors whose first ends are electrically interconnected are formed. The antenna elements are arranged in plane in such a way that the first and second linear conductors are alternated and separated from one another at regular intervals, thereby forming one or more array antennas which are disposed in a chamber. The second ends of the first linear conductors are connected to a high-frequency power supply, and the second ends of the second linear conductors are connected to ground. A plurality of substrates are parallel placed on both sides of the array antennas at distances approximate to the distances between the linear conductors. A film is formed by introducing an ingredient gas into the chamber.

摘要: A plasma CVD method uses an electrode array in a reaction chamber, the electrode array including a plurality of inductively coupled electrodes, each electrode being folded back at the center so that each electrode is substantially U-shaped with two parallel straight portions, the electrodes are arranged such that all of the parallel straight portions are arranged parallel to each other in a common plane, each of the electrodes having at least a portion with a diameter of 10 mm or less, and a phase controlled power supply for feeding high frequency power to the feeding portions so as to establish a standing wave of a half wavelength or natural number multiple of a half wavelength between a feeding portion and a folded back portion and between a grounded portion and the folded back portion, and is controlled to have a phase difference between adjacent two feeding portions.

摘要: An image-processing system for printing an image based on original image data. The storing unit stores at least one look-up table in association with at least one printing condition. The at least one look-up table is used to convert a color value in original image data into a limited color value that limits a total quantity of ink to be used in printing. The detecting unit detects, as a printing condition, at least one of a type of color material and a type of recording medium which are used for printing operation. The converting unit converts the color value data into the limited color value by using a look-up table that is assigned with a printing condition corresponding to the detected printing condition.

The controller controls the printing head, the main scanning unit and the auxiliary-scanning unit to form first dots in an area of the printing medium at first alternate columns by a first main scan, and to form second dots in the area by a second main scan at second alternate columns different from the first alternate columns. The second dots are shifted, relative to the first dots, a first predetermined distance smaller the first predetermined interval.

The inkjet recording device still further comprising a waste ink collection unit comprising an absorber configured to absorb the ink, and comprising a discharging unit configured to discharge ink remaining in the ink passage at one of a first discharging rate and a second discharging rate. Moreover, the inkjet recording device comprising a controller configured to control the discharging unit to discharge an amount of the ink. The controller is configured to control the discharging unit to discharge ink at one of the first discharging rate and the second discharging rate corresponding to the type of the ink cartridge detected by the detecting unit. The inkjet recording device may prevent or reduce ink coagulation due to mixing of different types of inks and may prevent or reduce the overflow of the waste ink tank.
