    摘要: When a transmission-line driver circuit that transmits a signal to a transmission line is supplied with a power-supply voltage from a power-supply circuit, the value of the power-supply voltage is controlled based upon the amplitude of a signal output from the transmission-line driver circuit. For example, the maximum value of a signal input to the transmission-line driver circuit in time units delimited at fixed time periods is detected, the target value of power-supply voltage supplied to the transmission-line driver circuit is decided based upon the maximum value, and the power-supply circuit is controlled in such a manner that the target value of power-supply voltage and actual value of power-supply voltage will agree.

The power circuit includes an output circuit having an alternating current-coupling element and that supplies an output signal of the output circuit to an amplifier as a driving voltage. The power circuit includes an envelope signal-extracting unit extracting an envelope signal from a carrier wave, a simulation signal-waveform generating unit generating a simulation signal including a fluctuation component occurring when the envelope signal is transmitted to the output circuit, a fluctuation component-extracting unit extracting the fluctuation component included in the simulation signal, and an inverted component-generating unit generating an inverted component obtained by performing phase inversion for the fluctuation component, where the fluctuation component occurring in the output circuit is canceled out through the inverted component.

    摘要: Disclosed is an exhaust gas purifying catalyst, which comprises an oxygen absorbing material having a catalytic noble metal arranged at a lattice position or an interlattice position of a crystal structure of a composite oxide containing Ce and Zr, which is capable of sufficiently exhibiting a catalytic function even if a ZrO2 mass ratio is out of the range of 20 to 30 mass % or 65 to 90 mass %. Specifically, in an exhaust gas purifying catalyst formed with a catalyst layer including a cerium-zirconium (CeZr) composite oxide, the composite oxide contains ceria (CeO2) and zirconia (ZrO2) in such a manner that a mass ratio of ceria to a total mass of ceria and zirconia falls within the range of 36 to 64 mass %. Further, the composite oxide contains, in the form of an oxide, a rare-earth metal other than cerium (Ce), in the range of 3 to 20 mass % with respect to a total mass of the composite oxide.

Accordingly, improper vibrations or noises can be restrained from occurring when the rich air-fuel-ratio control is executed to release the trapped NOx from the NOx trap catalyst.
